Unfortunately I had to call them to cancel because the lid on my septic tank was frozen so my son couldn't get it off. Unfortunately my husband just passed away and right now I'm disabled due to some serious health issues so i had to wait for someone to help me When I called this morning the lady was very rude, condescending and hung up on me !!! Totally unacceptable behaviour and did she really think I did this on purpose. No need to treat customers like that. I will never use them again and will share my experience with others.
