I called Saturday morning to snake out a 40' line at my house in Port Dover (as mine only reaches 25'). I didn't need a diagnosis - I just needed someone to come out and clear the line. I told them exactly what was needed before they showed up. This has been a 30 minute job in the past but now with Brody's, it's a 2+ hour job. Then they charged 290/hr because 2 guys showed up (to snake a line - seriously?). Brody has retired and calling will get you nowhere! We complained about the bill and got absolutely nothing but an arguement. We were told to go elsewhere if we didn't like it. $250-300 would have been acceptable but this little exercise with Brody's cost us $879. NEVER AGAIN BEWARE
