To be honest, I don't even know how is this place even still in business because I went there to…read moredrop-off my computer during opening time. As soon as I arrived at the door, the very short lady just opened the door without greeting me nor didn't smile! How about I was nice enough to thank her, only for her to completely ignore me!! All in all, it kind of didn't surprise me because if you see all who works there, it explains who they would prefer to frequent there!!

If I would have known they didn't transfer anything, I would have just bought a new one. Years of work down the drain after they assured me it would all work the same. It's so aggravating, will never recommend going here, you might as well buy a new one and save yourself the $250. Like, if it can't be fixed or recovered, then tell the customer that. Don't wait to give the computer back after the first of the month and invoices are due and they deleted all my business info, which is pretty important when you work from home!!! Now stuck with a wiped laptop, bills and accounts that can't be accessed, and the bill for this headache.
