These guys replaced my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 screen in just one day. They had to order two screens as one couldn't tell which one you needed until you took it apart. IFixandRepair saved the day today when my girlfriends cracked screen decided it couldn't wait any longer on a repair. We sent a message early this morning for a quote for the screen and received a response within about an hour. They were able to fix the issues with one of the three devices we sent. HOWEVER, they did not return the full power cord (it has two parts) for one of the items. We called and asked about it, the man said he gave it back. We searched and searched. When my wife went to get the item he was able to repair today he was extremely rude and confronting when she asked about the second part of the power cord. He told her to never come back. Roy is the best!!! Fixed my iphone 7+ screen and applied a new screen protector for me. So fast and my phone is like brand new again. I've had several screens repaired at a different place but this was by far the best service, quickest service AND the best price. And I love that I can shop or grab food in the mall while I wait :) UPDATE: After I did this review, I went back because my home button just stopped working. It seemed like it may be related to the screen replacement. Roy wasn't there but a younger guy was and he told me there was nothing they could do. I guess it could be coincidence that right after the screen was replaced the home button quit working. I brought my phone in to the mall after the Apple Store pronounced it dead. Roy, Josh and Matt at iFix and Repair took all my information and all the details about my phone and the water damage. They told me about an hour and what price things might be if they were able to get it back working. Upon returning the phone was working, and I left spending less then $100 which was a relatively inexpensive fix. I would like to recommend these guys to anyone that has a phone related issue. My sales person Roy Gulgnet was awesome. My iPhone 6s Plus screen was cracked and it needed to be fixed. Once he realized they were out of the white screens he acted immediately but it caused me to have to wait from 10am-1:15 for Fed ex to deliver the new screens. He fixed my phone by 1:30 and I have picked out an otterbox defender case and he decided to give me that for free for my wait. He did an amazing Job GREAAAAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The glass they use is so inferior to the normal iPhone glass that it broke in under a week. I had a brand new name brand case that offers full protection on it at the time. It cost me over $100 to get it fixed. I could have used that to pay for a new phone as it is almost half the cost of the newer iPhone. Don't waste your time getting it fixed with them. Of course it comes with no warranty. I could have bought a new phone with insurance on the glass and saved. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Worst customer service EVER!! Took phone in on the 23rd. Was told it was fixed. Took it back on the 27th. Now the 9th of the next month and it STILL ISNT FIXED!!! 30 minutes in the store waiting on the owner to decide if they will fix what their technician ADMITTEDLY nicked when "repairing" the screen!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Their website says iPhone 5s glass replacement costs $129 but when I walked into the store I was told matter-of-factly that the website was wrong and that it would cost $199. I would recommend going to UBreakiFix instead. It's about a mile away. read more
