I picked it up on Friday late only to get it home and find out they had broken the screen!!! I called the manager (Erskin) Saturday morning and he told me to bring it back and they'd fix it. Once at the store he told me they would fix it ASAP and it would be ready THURSDAY! Friday Erskin called and told me, "The owner looked at it and said we're not going to fix it!" They want to sell new computers, not batteries. uBreakiFix not only responded, but had a great price. They ordered the battery and promised a two-hour turnaround. So once the battery arrived, I went out to Trussville yesterday, arriving at the dot of 10 a.m. The only hitch? They were backed up a little, so the two-hour turnaround was actually a four-hour turnaround. But who is quibbling about that? As a result, I am writing this review on my PowerBook. On battery power, no less.
