If you enjoy being ignored after turning in all your documents on time, getting ghosted after multiple emails, and scrambling to file extensions because your tax preparer vanished. then by all means, work with Irene. Personally, I'm done. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Good riddance.

Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam.
