I have a deep understanding of Public Company Financials and Ankit helps me with questions when tax laws change or Auditing questions. I often tap him for questions on structuring business deals and corporate structure. He has been the CPA for at least 4 of my companies and he is also a PCOAB certified auditor. I only wish I hadn't used him for the CPA work, because he can't act as the auditor on 1 of my public companies. What's also fantastic about this team is that he not only knows business accounting, he is very knowledgeable and helpful with personal taxes and estate planning.
