From budgeting, to design, to installation, he made sure we were happy with every choice made, and if changes arose, he rolled with it so that we got a final product that would be exactly what we wanted. He worked within our budget and came in on budget. Most importantly to us, we have guests coming for the holidays and he promised to have the room done by Thanksgiving.
