He had me e-mail him my taxes to review them and knew instantly what the issue was with them. He gave me advice on how to resolve my issue with my taxes over the last couple of years and spent a good amount of time patiently explaining everything. I am so incredibly thankful as I have been overly stressed for some time now trying to get help from other companies to figure this out and no one wanted to be bothered. These were all contractor's engaged by Wendy that she was responsible for overseeing. But the worst was the $15,000 wall unit that was built in my bedroom where I stressed the importance of my desk area. There was not a single outlet available on that wall to plug in anything so they had to chop up the wall unit so that I could plug in my computer. Wendy was nowhere to be found. While she responded to my emails and texts, she never came back over to the apartment once I arrived to assist in getting any of this resolved. In addition, she attempted to bill me for hours spent looking at furniture before consulting with me. Her "design product" consisted of a bunch of screenshots from Perigold. I immediately fired her and took over the work-- i don't believe Wendy is professionally trained at any level Certainly her care about her clients is lacking. Felt like she would just get away with whatever she could.
