She even lifted my dad's handwriting, one word was not legible, and she was able to take letters from other parts He wrote to complete the sentence that was part of the tattoo. Her attention to detail is like none other with more than reasonable pricing! I have had several people ask me where I got this tattoo. I can't recommend Chloe more, especially when this was a piece so meaningful and sentimental to me. She made the whole experience so pleasant and fun, that I honestly forgot that I was being tattooed and it ended up feeling more like visiting and at certain points venting to an old friend that I've known for years and at times even a therapist lol. I went with two others and one of them got a single new piercing but got a set of matching studs, one for her new one and one for her healed one. The post for her healed piercing is so long in her tragus she can't wear earphones without it sticking out so much it actually looks ridiculous We tried going back the next day to see if they could use a shorter post but despite their hours posted, they weren't open 40 minutes past their posted open time.

At this point I'm don't really feel like a valued customer, I'm just whatever to them. Not one person said hello to me, introduced themself, or even asked me my name. The whole process felt like I was being rushed and they wanted me in and out very quickly (despite no other customers in the shop). I was moved to the small room in the back and every question I asked felt like I was bothering the piercer, giving me short answers instead of helping me to make a decision. The jewelry did not seem properly sterilized, just quickly sprayed down, no autoclave machine. I did not even see the piercer wash her hands. With the unfriendly and unprofessional staff, hot and stuffy room, the piercer's baby crying in the small shop, and unclean practices I chose to leave. I did have to pay $20 because the piercer said she already opened the needle (which was opened before selecting jewelry and marking). Not complaining because I understand those are her supplies, but I wish she waited until she saw that I was ready and comfortable. My ONLY complaint... is the shop is cash only... which isn't a huge deal... BUT their on site ATM only dispenses (I think) $300 at a time... and tattoos aren't often less than that price... so you have to do multiple transactions and pay multiple transaction fees to take cash out from their ATM. So, plan ahead and get cash out elsewhere if you can.

As well as the rest of the team did as well there was another family and they're getting tattoos together also and I think we all bonded over our tattooing. The work here is phenomenal. I explained that I had removed the piercing for medical reasons, yet he accused me of lying about when I took it out because my nose closed so fast. What concerned me most was that he dropped my expensive piercing on the floor, couldn't find it and tried giving me a cheap gem. Another employer kindly helped and luckily found my piercing but when i thought things couldn't get any worse, he tried to put it back in my nose without sanitizing it. I could see all the dust and dirt from the floor on my piercing when he was aggressively trying to put it through my nose. After being unable to reinsert the jewelry, he gave up and still wanted to charge me for "trying." There is no excuse for being disrespectful and unprofessional to customers.
