I came into the store to get a pedicure and a fill, and it was honestly such a disappointing experience. First, during the pedicure, they didn't use fresh brushes on the nails--they were literally using them straight out of the bottle, for both the pedicure and the fill. So unsanitary. I asked for French, and I said I wanted the base coat to match the color of my current fingernails. The lady just went and picked a random pink that wasn't even close to what I asked for, and didn't even check with me if the color was okay. Then came the fill. I told them I wanted it to look the same as what I already had--just an oval shape with French and chrome. But they had me try to find the color in their palettes, and half of their colors weren't even on any palette. It took forever to find the right one. On top of that, the guy doing my nails didn't understand anything I was saying, so I had to talk to someone else every time I needed something. The whole process was way more difficult than it needed to be, and what I wanted was very simple. The guy ended up doing the base color and a very pigmented chrome, which was fine--but then he told me he was finished... and never did the French tips. I asked about it, and they all just acted like I was crazy, even though that's literally how my nails looked when I came in. The fill is also very thick and very uneven on the surface. I was so embarrassed the whole time and just felt so unheard and frustrated. I went to my car and cried after. I give zero stars . The place looked nice and quiet when I walked in . Once people started walking in everyone would scramble. Very unorganized. Now to my manicure. There was absolutely no water involved in my manicure. The older lady stated off my removing my polish with the drill , she filed my nails , proceeded to out cuticle lotion in my dry nails, filed them again and lady asked me to wash my hands without soap. She was very sloppy when painting my nails . The polish was all over the I'm top of my hands and finger tips . I decided not to do my feet there. I paid for my horrible manicure and left . I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I came in on the least busiest day as a walk in. I was greeted nicely and immediately had be seated to get my nails done. I described a very neutral, low-key, clean look and it was done wonderfully. This salon is dirty. The desks where you get your nails at are full of nail dust and clippings. I saw quick wipe downs of tools between customers not even a soak or machine grade disinfection. A lot of young nail artists who can do art well, but construct nails poorly. The nails were too wide for my nail beds, the tech cut me twice with the dremel and I felt my soul leave because cutting and terrible sanitation equal potential infection. I do not recommend due to poor job and cleanliness. I also saw the staff argue with a customer who was trying to say she had an issue with her nails. So glad we decided to try this new nail shop. The shops decor is so cute. A pretty pink throughout the whole shop. The pedicure was by far the best my husband and I have ever had. Calf massages throughout the entire pedicure. The chairs have a decent massage. Not as intense as other chairs but still really good. I also got a full set.
