The two employees that were working during the mall lockdown today were life savers. When my daughter called me at work and told me where she was, and what happened I was so thankful that these associates were so quick thinking and thoughtful. They quickly stepped into action, assisting five teenagers who were shopping in the store when the mall was suddenly put on lockdown. Without hesitation, they guided the teenagers to a secure area in the back of the store, ensuring they felt safe and supported during a frightening situation. The employees made a point to check on them every five minutes, offering reassurance and comfort until the situation was resolved. When my daughter called me at work to explain where she was and what had happened, a wave of relief washed over me.
