I asked for a refund and the excuses continued. He asked if he could give me half of the money now and the other half the following week and he didn't give me any money. He said he had to get money from his other jobs before he could pay me because he did not have the money. I tried on several occasions to get my money but it was excuse after excuse. He even said the bank was closed and that's why he couldn't get me my refund only promising to give it to me the next day and no money the next day.
