My stylist, Lana, has styled my hair for 15 years - I can't imagine anyone else so tuned in to what her customer wants, and her confidence in what she does is backed up by years of experience, training, and from what I've experienced, innate talent and love for her job. Not only can she do anything you ask (within reason for your hair type, of course, and sometimes she can do styles I've thought not possible for my hair type), but she takes the time to tell you how to use the products and tools to get the same look yourself and advises you on how to keep it healthy. And to top it off, she is the most positive person I know - so when you leave the salon, not only does your hair look great, after chatting with Lana, you feel like she's your best friend AND like you are the queen of the world! The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful too. Not to mention, it's a beautiful, relaxing setting...why did I write this - I should be hoping no one reads it - this will make it harder for me to get my next appointment!;)
