Instead of being met with care, my symptoms were minimized and dismissed. Even after scoring at the highest severity level on their own anxiety/depression screenings, the provider only gave me a taper for my current medication and never told me what I would be switching to next. I was given no treatment plan, no replacement medication, and no stabilization guidance. Only after I left did she call me multiple times asking to "discuss my medication," something that should have been handled during the actual appointment. When I brought in my FAMLI medical leave paperwork, she wrote on it without explaining why, making it unusable. When I asked for it back, she told me she had "written some things on it while talking to the other doctor" and offered to print a new one. The handling of my paperwork felt careless and unprofessional. I left more anxious and confused than when I arrived and will be filing a formal complaint. For anyone needing real mental-health support, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I'd be careful with this doctor. She saw Dr Jacobs for the first time ever and she told her she should never have been taking the medications she has been on since age 14 for a condition she was diagnosed with at the age of 14 (6 years total) and then called social services on her sending the cops to her house trying to take away her baby. Now please UNDERSTAND we are talking about a young mother who has huge family support from her mom her stepfather and her father and stepmother her grandfather AND her babies father and HIS family. This is a young first time mother seeking a simple referral in an attempt to balance out some hormonal issues was completely traumatized by an over zealous doctor who came in on one first time appointment and thought she knew it all, her entire history and family dynamics, sweeping in and completely causing more harm to our entire family instead of helping her with her simple request. I would NEVER recommend this office or doctor AGAIN if you are seeking level headed professional advice. A judgement call such as trying to take a child away from her mother is a huge decision that should not be made on assumptions. And I'm sorry but just because you have a license in something does NOT mean you are good at what you do or correct in your decisions. After this incident we looked up reviews on this doctor and believe me there's a reason she's 2.8 out of 5 on Health Grades and 1 star out of 5 on yelp.

The level of care here is exceptional--thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely compassionate from start to finish. Dr. Mangat and the entire team take the time to truly listen. Every visit feels unhurried; they explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and create a plan that actually fits my life and health goals. Whether it's preventive care, managing chronic conditions, or just a quick check-up, I always leave feeling confident, supported, and like I'm in the very best hands. The concierge-style access, same-day availability, and how personalized everything is make such a huge difference. This isn't just "good" family medicine--this is the gold standard of what primary care should be. I've never felt more valued as a patient anywhere else. If you're in the Denver/Parker area and want a practice that truly puts patients first, look no further. Seva Family Medicine is phenomenal. I'm so grateful to have found them! Highly, highly recommend--5 stars isn't enough!

Pros: The nurse practitioners here are adequate for very basic care needs, and they have a lot of availability for appointments. Cons: Here's why they have so much availability. Apex demands that every patient take a urine drug screening at every refill visit, or they won't refill your controlled meds. They also pretty regularly forget to send your med refills in, even when it is the sole reason for your visit. They also put in imaging orders wrong, then argue with you when you call to correct them, then quietly send in the right orders after an imaging specialist calls to tell them the same thing you did. Review Breakdown: My expectations for healthcare are rock-bottom low, so adequate care in reasonable time would be enough for 4 stars. The blanket drug screening policy brought it down to 3 stars. Arguing about imaging orders for no discernible reason brought it down to 2. After all that, forgetting to send in the one (1) non-controlled med we discussed at length brought it down to 1 star. Soapbox: In 22 clinics in 4 different states, I have never encountered a practice that considers it their prerogative to routinely test for criminal drug activity in EVERY patient. This is not a regulatory requirement, it is a personal policy at Apex, and I draw the line at peeing in a cup just because it makes them feel better.
