In fact, is very hard to work like that when there are bills that need to be paid. Those people are basically careless. Sandra Suarez is such a great role model. I wouldn't even be able to tell you how amazing she is. She's such a hard worker, dedicated, passionate, admirable, impeccable work ethic and working hard every day to make an impact in society. She cares so much about her talents, she's very unique. I've never but never met someone like her, someone that cares so much about her talents and making an impact in their lives, she put herself in the talent shoes because she was also a talent and she knows what is like to work in this industry. I happened to see her on set one time and she spends​ the entire time sending emails to clients, castings to talents and making phone calls. I'm telling you it was non-stop. I was about to retire from the industry because I couldn't take it anymore until I did a principal role commercial with Select Talents Miami and I GOT PAID THE SAME DAY!!!!!!! It was mind-blowing to see something like that happening. I'm SO GRATEFUL for her. Also, I went to a hair commercial casting and Sandra Suarez sent me a video clip afterward of what I did in the castings in case I need to improve something​. Trust me most agencies or the majority would never do that. From personal experience, when you find someone as kind as Sandra in this industry don't push her away because she will definitely push your career. ​
