Don't go here for FedEx services. They really don't offer any FedEx services have employees! The employee sit and talk about personal items and then point you to a computer from the dark ages to do your own everything. I had a FedEx label I needed printed which would seem like an easy task for a place called beach copy.... But I couldn't even achieve that here. They are not a self-service outfit so they have to perform your tasks for you. They have sent faxes for me and have printed short documents from my thumb drive. They have always been helpful and it is handy that they are right in Ocean City. read more

I should have known I was in for a terrible experience when the sigh on the door said sorry we are open. The worst customer service imaginable. I stood their for a least 5 minutes before the lady even saw me and when she did she yells what do you want. What do you think I want you waste of space is what i should have said to her but instead I tell her I need some copies made and it was like a was asking her to turn water into wine or something. Avoid this place at all costs. The only reason this place can still be in business is that they do not get repeat customers because of the resort atmosphere here in Ocean City. Go to staples across the bridge or any were else for that mater it will be worth the drive to not have to deal with these horrible people. read more

My boyfriend and I visited this location simply to print off some files from our thumb drive. We walked in and waited for the lady's assistance but she did not come. So I tried to walk closer to her where she could possibly see me, and she jumped up and ran across the store to me where she asked me "what do you want! Can't you read?" , as she points to a sign that is flipped the other way that basically asks not to go beyond that point. To make matters worse, she then said "you're lucky I'm not armed or I would've shot you". Baffled by her response, my boyfriend and I look at each other unsure of what to say next. Needless to say, I've reported her to the police and that will be the last time I ever step foot in that establishment. It's one thing to have a sign up, it's another to use the sign properly and display it where it is in plain sight. To go as far as threatening a customer is unheard of. Giving this place even 1 star is being generous. read more

If I had one star available to rate this place I would be happy to. Rude and slow customer service with outdated equipment and outdated employees. A cheeky shop with marked up garbage and poor attitudes. I had to mail a prepaid leveled package and they managed to waste 35 minutes of my time and charge me for using their horrible equipment and deal with their terrible moods. Staff was friendly and helpful to me. I just had simple copying and shipping of materials (they are an Authorized ship center for FedEx and UPS) to do, and they did the job exactly as I needed. Also offer a selection of other useful/random items. They offer other services/supplies that I didn't need but may well be useful for others (call in to check). read more

This is a pretty useless business. The only reason that they have any business at all is probably their location. The staff is uneducated and not the nicest. The title of authorized shipping center is useless in that all it means is that they are a drop box with humans. read more

Terrible service, rude old ladies. I walked in with a prepackaged box for UPS and they told me that they have to repackage it. I was running out of time so I didnt bother to argue, figured it would be only a couple bucks. Turned out to be $30 for them to shove a little extra bubble wrapping in the box, and if I refused to pay they said that I would still have to pay for service. Out dated inside and out, lady in charge looked like 20 year older version Betsey Johnson. read more
