It's location is very accessible to everything the island has to offer, minutes from the beach or you can drive back over the bridge easily into Yulee for more chain store shopping. Don't be fooled--renting through ERA for an entire week is not your only option. Try Airbnb etc. 1) the grounds, pool, and proximity/accessibility to the beach are top notch. Pool is kept clean and is large. 2) this is the 2nd year in a row the bathtub plug hasn't worked (and this was a different unit than last year). In general, this, among other small things (like mismatched sink handles and faucets) suggests that repairs are poorly managed or managed in a bare minimum way. Not sure if this is an owner issue or an ERA thing. 3) the floor was dirty. I couldn't walk barefoot in the condo. 4) two kitchen trash bags for a 7 night stay in a condo that supposedly sleeps 6 is a joke. Also, it's 2024...I realize it's Florida but there should absolutely be a recycling bin in this building. 5) Jacquelyn in the office is super sweet and helpful! 6) our condo was said to accommodate 6, but there's so much furniture and junk everywhere that there's no place to hang wet swimsuits, towels, etc, and there's barely a place to put suitcases etc. there's a dresser but I personally do not usually put my clothes in dressers when I am traveling... 7) great stocked kitchen--if you wanted to cook you'd probably have everything you needed. We will come back but there are definitely some opportunities for improvement.
