From my first tour in September to my move-in in late December, Nicole and Dazayia kept in touch and responded to every question that I had making my moving process easier than I ever anticipated. I agree with the review about hiring better management. This was once a great place to live, but since the office staff changed in 2025, the atmosphere has become outright uncomfortable. There is blatant disregard for residents: emails are ignored, help is nonexistent, and the office staff is outright aggressivem, rude and in some cases frightening. I did how ever get a chuckle out of the response from the office 'email or call us' - since no one answers, seems like a good solution... place is a joke. read more

The other reviewers are SPOT ON. DON'T RENT HERE! THE BUILDING IS A HUGE FRAT HOUSE!!!! I could write an entire essay as to why NOT to come here. First, after only 8 months of being here, Winn comes along and wants to raise your rent, TO INSANE LEVELS. Our 10 month lease went from $3385 a month to a 10 month lease of over $4600 per month . I sent management an email asking to negotiate. No surprise, I got no response. In addition, in the short 8 months were have been here, we have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS: -The garage door was broken for weeks, exposing our vehicle to the public and any vehicles that were allowed access. -Our deck was ripped up for maintenance issues, and is now aesthetically non-pleasing. They never replaced it, and just put the cut up wood planks there. -Our sliding door had a gaping hole in it for months. This was not noticeable until the winter hit and we had a severe draft in our apartment. None the less, we paid extra for our heating as a result of the gap. -The neighbors upstairs had consistent parties. We complained to your office on multiple occasions, until finally it grabbed your attention when we mentioned they were smoking on their balconies and flicking their butts on our deck. They also, almost on a daily basis, exercised in their apartment, which shook our walls so much so that it led to myself having multiple anxiety attacks, some of which almost rose to the level of immediate medical attention. - Our keys did not work a majority of the time for the grilling station throughout the winter despite being told they would. We would come down, as early as 7pm, and they would be locked. Many nights we went hungry because of this alone. -Water leaking through our apartment on the baseboard during the winter time. -Water leaking through the bottom of our bathroom shower, and tiles on the bottom falling off. -The beach club consistently had non-scheduled parties. Many of these parties involved children whom were running around on top of the pool and shuffleboard tables, using the pools cue sticks as toy swords, and breaking and scuffing much of the tables. To see parents, who do not belong in our building, laugh at their children destroying property that our rents go to fund, which have not been updated might I add, is highly insulting to us. -The media room consistently had non-working entertainment devices. -The gym was closed for a long period of time. -Random strangers walking around the building. -The conference room was locked multiple times during normal operating hours. -Grills are NOT properly maintained. We just grilled the other night; and the entire grill was on fire, to a point where we needed to pull the fire alarm. SAFETY HAZARD!!! No fire extinguishers, or emergency sand or baking soda anywhere in sight. -Broken glass pane on the pool deck, which still has not been fixed. -Wild parties on the pool deck. This is supposed to be the quiet building. Yeah right. -A hostile management office that wants YOU to abide by the rules, but not others. God forbid you try to finish cooking your dinner after coming home working late. You have an angry maintenance staff member yelling at you to get off the grill deck, after you just spent 20+ minutes trying to get in because, SURPRISE, they locked it early, and another 15+ minutes cleaning the grill because people here are PIGS. But hey, people are apparently allowed to smoke marijuana on the pool deck RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR NEWBORN BABY!!! Literally, the same maintenance guy who did NOTHING to stop a wild party the day before, yells at you for cooking dinner a few minutes past the time of close because they locked down the pool deck at 9 instead of 10, and oh, with no warning either. They put on a good front. But at the end of the day, they ONLY care about money. Not you, not your family, not your kids. If you want crazy college parties with girls walking around the building half naked, smoking, drinking, playing loud music, glass breaking all over the place, and a nice huge pile of garbage the next day lying around this is your spot! Most def not a family friendly, senior friendly, or even couple-friendly building. Trust me, listen to the other reviewers here. They are telling the truth. read more

Both Candi and Amber were so kind, caring, helpful and competent and overall an asset in making our decision to move into the beach house. During the moving process, Amber kept everything organized, allowed us to take our time, and supported us with each and every step we made. UNSAFE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I've been living here since Feb. 2018, the first person to move in. I was first told my move-in date was pushed back because construction wasn't completed (a few days before I was on my way from Michigan). I had to stay in an Airbnb until it was ready. The amenities weren't ready months later but I've been understanding since it's a new building. My complaint below is concerning and interferes with residents SAFETY. I had two dirt bikes stolen from the locked garage that is only accessible by residential key fob. The person cut the master lock I had on the bikes, the bikes were in the far back of the garage where only residents could see. Security checked cameras and whoever took them went out of view of all the cameras. I hope this review will advise all Beach House residents considering the leasing staff will not update us on concerning topics. I also just had a package stolen from me. If you live here, you can't have nice things. It's unsafe and we live with thieves! read more

NEW MANAGEMENT HAS TURNED IT AROUND! Moved in September '18. The common areas and residential units themselves are beautiful, with a modern, clean design, and the location can't be beat--the ocean views are stunning. Best amenities of any building I've lived in, most notably the gym, which has pretty much any equipment you'd want, along with a small yoga studio as well. Most residential building gym facilities are barely a step up from hotel gyms, but the Beach House gym is truly a value-added amenity. Other reviews here have knocked the previous management team and highlighted concerns about security and safety, which, unfortunately, were valid concerns when I first moved in. But there is a NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM as of December '18 that is dedicated to improvement of the community and correcting the issues and problems; I've been happy with the attention they've taken both in listening to the residents and making changes for the better, including improving security, moving out/evicting residents that were a detriment to the community, and taking steps to organize some of the originally more disorganized systems that affect residents, namely parking and package receiving/security/distribution. There's still room for improvement (I think the building in general would benefit from a 24/7 concierge-type set-up), but the current management team is clearly dedicated to raising standards to meet a true "luxury" residential community experience and security. They're friendly, accommodating, and the service provided is top-notch. Even with the growing pains, this remains the best residential community on the Beach. RECOMMENDED. read more

I actually tried hitting the 5 Star button twice to see if I could give this place more stars! From all the stellar reviews most people already know this is an amazing building to be at; but the pretty views and pictures overshadow how nice the staff is. Since the first day I called Noelle has been ultra attentive and responded to every question, and if she didn't know she goes out of the way to find out. Mike, Sarah and the entire office staff is super attentive all working overtime since a new building with people moving in each weekend requires first class service. Very disappointing and unprofessional service from the office! I made an appointment in advance to see apartments for rent. Although I arrived at the appointed time, no one from the office was available to show me the apartments and I had to wait for about 20 minutes(!!!). As soon as someone came to show me the apartments, she stated that she could not show me apartments without taking an ID card to the office, even though I was not asked to bring it in advance at any stage. Finally, when I asked about the prices (without seeing any apartment), I was told that the price is about $2700 a month for one bedroom even though the website has cheaper prices, depending on the period. In general, the feeling was unpleasant and unprofessional, especially from the office manager. It seems like she is not interested in renting the apartments and just wants me to leave her. There are many other building in Revere Beach such as Ocean 360, The Eliot, 500 Ocean Ave and many more. I do not recommend to live in a building with unpleasant attitude from the staff. read more

I've been here a year with no problems. I consider Beach House to be one of the best places I've lived. The building location is the best on Revere Beach and the view from the sky lounge is absolutely gorgeous. The management is very responsive. Even if I just need something printed, like a return label, they are kind and willing to help. Maintenance treats you like family and is very thorough. The building is well maintained and always extremely clean. Personally, I haven't had any problems with security. All the doors use Fobs and everything is so locked down you even need your Fob to access the garage from inside the building. Some packages are left out, but they are under video surveillance. My neighbors are respectful and quiet. Makes it great because you can hear the ocean all night long. Nothing better.... read more

Preface: don't hide or delete my review that is not professional. When I moved in, I loved this place. It does have beautiful views but little by little the rules have come to be too much. I feel controlled and like we're always being watched when we've never even done anything wrong! Management walks around looking for something to call to your attention. Now we are forced to walk around with plastic bands around our wrist in what we are supposed to call "home" to identify ourselves as "residents." (if we loose them we pay $100 to replace the plastic band). Our guests have to wear them too (embarresing to day the least!) The rent way up way more than expected and they wait until last minute to inform you so basically you're left with no other choice. Honestly the best part about this community is probably the maintenance/facility crew, otherwise be ready to be under extreme supervision and treated like a high school student when you move in (can't forget the "no alcohol" rule recently implemented.) So yeah, forget about the idea of enjoying a nice glass of wine on the roofdeck or a cold beer by the pool because as they say in the letters they leave under our apartment doors " these rules will be strictly enforced by all staff members." read more

I've been living here for 6 months and can't wait to move out. I am writing this review at 11:01 PM as I lie awake to the noises of neighbors partying/screaming with loud music and dogs barking like crazy. My upstairs neighbors are also making tons of noise as well pounding on the floor as they walk/jump. The walls and ceilings are very thin and I know exactly when my neighbors are home and what they are doing. My college dorm had better walls/ceilings than this place. Apartment construction is just subpar and cheap appearing despite charging a good amount for rent. Building wise, the amenities are nice but poorly maintained. In the gym, at least 1 treadmill is not working at any given time. At least one coffee machine is either not working or out. Tenants treat the amenities like they own them and totally trash the place. There is stench of smoking/cig in the corner of my hallway that sometimes seeps into my apartment in the evenings. With regards to pets, the dogs are always barking in my hallway and is quite disturbing even late night. There is dog poop and pee all over the building inside and out. Dogs are EVERYWHERE - not a pet hater, but just saying. Security is an issue here. Packages are just left out if they don't fit in the package lockers with nobody to supervise them. Literally anybody can take your packages. When I get an alert on my phone that my Amazon package is delivered, I sometimes hurry home in fear that it will get stolen. At my last apartment, the management kept all packages in their office but NOT HERE- you might as well leave them outside the building. There is apparently a security guard. I've actually never even seen the security guard- not saying that they don't exist- just never seen them. Also agree that tenants treat this place like a frat house. Partying late nights with loud booming music without any regard for your neighbors. Not sure what kind of background check management did. Unfortunately, management really has minimal power in controlling noise because there are so many people who behave like this. This place has lots of potential but here is minimal enforcement of basic policies like noise, security, and pet management. They need to start getting stricter with this. To me, this place does not feel like home and, as stated above, I cant wait to move out. read more

The amenities are amazing, the people who work here respond quickly if there are any maintenance issues, and it's in the BEST location. I've noticed some negative comments on here, which is shocking since I've had a completely opposite experience. Goes to show that some people will complain about anything lol!!! OR, most likely, they don't understand Boston real estate since this community is a diamond in the rough. I have lived at Beach House for one year. Although the location is really beautiful and classy amenities were notable, I can't underline enough how disappointed I am with move out process. Already 3 months after I moved to LA, still waiting for my deposit back with formal check out. Shockingly I received a bill from a month after I moved out as they did not update their system. If you are a prospective tenant, for sure you will be well received by current management as with fees like these it is not easy to find long-term tenant. However, you may get frustrated with lack of professionalism and failing timely assistance from management. Heads up... read more

I have lived here pretty much since it opened and it has honestly been a great 3 years. Very few, if any issues that I can attribute to management. Karissa and Candy (and Jerry and Breonna prior) are amazing!! They are always helpful, always friendly and professional. Miguel in maintenance is the best! My only complaint is that a few of the neighbors can be inconsiderate and noisy but management is usually great about addressing that as well. Also doesn't hurt that the apartments are stunning! I have lived in other "luxury" apartments in the past but this has been by far, the best experience for me. I moved in for the views and stayed for the at home feeling that's usually missing from apartment living. It'll be very bittersweet when I eventually decide to move on. read more

Wonderful , clean place to live. Brianna worked with me for three months until our house was sold in California, wanted ocean facing unit and got it. Jerry was helpful when we arrived with four suitcases and two cats.TP, towels, and a bag of snacks he brought up to our condo. This building has the best gym and equipment of any apartments on the beach. Coffee on the first floor and Starbucks coffee on the second floor free everyday. The maintenance is always cleaning and very helpful if you need them.Beautiful pool and plenty of lounge chairs.I love it here , on vacation everyday on Revere Beach! read more

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE MOVING HERE. This place is a step above section 8 housing. I have lived here for 1 unfortunate year lured in by "nice" appearing amenities and units (to my disappointment its all crap). My lease expires end of this month and I can't wait to move out. I agree that the management will be very nice and show you all the "good" things about this place in the beginning but once you start living here, everything unravels. I have stopped complaining to management as it is clear that they are NOT serious about enforcing basic things THAT ARE DETAILED BELOW. Many people have moved out or will move out at the end of their lease this summer. IT IS CLEAR THAT MANAGEMENT IS TRYING TO RETAIN THE FEW RESIDENTS WHO ARE WILLING TO STAY AND OVERLOOK ANY VIOLATIONS BY THOSE TENANTS. 1. Smoking. This is a great place to live if you want to smoke marijuana or cigarettes without any discretion from management. Every evening, when my neighbor comes home from work, my apartment is filled with marijuana smell coming from their apartment. It is blatantly obvious. You can smell it directly outside their apartment, going to the hallway and into other units. The hallways always smell like marijuana or cigarette smoke, especially the 4th floor. I have told management in person numerous times about this but this but they haven't taken any action. They say they have a "zero" smoking policy but clearly this is not enforced. They will rat you out too so that they take zero responsibility to make it seem like you are the bad guy. Smoking is a CLEAR VIOLATION of our lease agreement but they will turn a blind eye as long as the offending neighbor is willing to renew their lease and continues to pay rent. Despite complaints from myself and other residents, I have not seen a single email go out from management about the smoking issue. What a joke! So yeah, if you enjoy lighting up, move here- you won't be bothered as long as you pay rent. 2. The noise is plentiful. If you enjoy making a lot of noise with complete and utter disregard for your neighbors, you should also move here. Again, management doesn't really care. Part of the issue is the horrible quality construction of the walls, ceilings, and windows. Its a step above a cardboard box. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. I mean everything. As an example, I can hear my neighbors yawn, snore, sneeze, etc. If that's not bad enough, the ceiling noise is the worst. My upstairs neighbors are so noisy that I get woken up in the morning everyday by them going to work. No need for an alarm clock I suppose. I have complained to management about the noise issues. They just ratted me out to the neighbors instead of management taking any responsibility for enforcement. They say they take noise issues seriously but again, because they are losing a lot of tenants, as long as the offending tenant is paying rent and renewing the lease, they will tolerate anything. 3. Dogs barking. If you have a loud dog, you should definitely move here. This place kind of reminds me of an animal shelter. Loud dogs and dog excrement everywhere. I actually found dog poop in front of my apartment door one day. On a regular day, if you walk by in the marijuana stenched hallways, you will have at least 2-3 dogs from apartments barking at you as you walk by. Whats worse is if you happen to live on that floor, you have to put up with the barking all day long. I have spoken to management about this and they really don't care. They actually will try to down play it and say "it is expected". REALLY???? They told me there is nothing they can do about it other than calling the dog owners while they are at work. What about noise fines? Or revoking the privilege of having those dogs in the apartment if they keep barking? Of course, that would result in them losing money. 4. Frequent police visits. The police are called a lot. Domestic violence/yelling, drugs, etc. So move here if you enjoy any or all of the above, please move here. read more

My boyfriend and I had planned on moving in here until we inspected the property more closely. All of the promised security features didn't work and when management was questioned they got defensive and were not helpful. I also suggest googling the police report history for the building. They clearly are not paying close attention to who they let in. Revere Beach is not a nice area, so security should be paramount in a building like this. I would look at other buildings. read more

Looks beautiful and sounds great on paper, but they allow way too much to go on so as to keep a happy persona. This place is an unregulated party house with tenants who disrespect the area. The building allows dogs, therefore the residents feel its ok to let their dogs shi* anywhere and everywhere they want. Lazy. There are no dogs allowed on the beach yet they are constantly bringing them out there and not picking up after themselves. Disrespectful. If you want a peaceful living environment DON"T MOVE HERE. You will be woken up early morning by this on a continuous basis by building mis management. The building manager Karissa M will claim she is accommodating you as the disturbance of your peace continues weekly and the regional VP Michelle Cooke will tell you to get air plugs. Yes I have the email to prove it. 5 packages missing over 2 months until they finally found them but building manager does not remember where they found them? Constant beeping in the lobby from broken alarms. People yelling and singing off their balconies after midnight because the security guard is sleeping on the 1st floor in the meeting room. They sell lies of a peaceful living environment. It is anything but and not worth over the 21000 ++ rent for a 1 bedroom. Do not fall for the lies like I did. If you love being woken up in the morning by leaf blowers and water pressure machines weekly and all the above mentioned while the management refuses to alleviate the situation but claims they are...while it continues....then this is definitely the place for you! read more

The complex has beautiful views and I love the amenities. Downfall is they don't have a dog limit. I myself have a small dog but I see people with 2 or 3 huge dogs in these little apartments.
