They administered fillers to my face, but I was not satisfied with the results. One side of my face appeared overfilled, while the other side looked flat. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she dismissed my concerns and said she did not see anything wrong. However, it was quite evident to me that my face was uneven. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to address or correct the problem caused by the injector. This was very upsetting for me, and because of this, I cannot recommend Blush Med Spa to others.

My before-and-after photos, taken day before treatment and nine weeks later, show the flatness in my cheeks remains and my nasolabial folds are unchanged. From day one, I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told to "wait it out," and when nothing improved, the owner only offered a discounted rate instead of correcting the results. I even consulted with an injector at a medspa I previously worked at, who said it appeared the area hadn't been properly treated,possibly to encourage me to spend more money. I wasn't looking for a refund, just proper results. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and would not recommend Blush MedSpa.

I was concerned with the product causing an asthma attack which had occurred previously with a different product. I did NOT experience this side effect with Luminous Glow since the product doesn't have any chemicals or the chemical fumes associated with an airbrush procedure. Also the facility is very clean. Barbara, the owner, is the person airbrushing you. She has extreme knowledge of her product and will answer all of your questions and give you great tips on the care of your new tan. Her business is tanning, she is not an add on to a hair salon. She is also lots of fun and she makes you feel very comfortable. The process with Barbara is like having your BFF airbrush you. I highly recommend that you visit Luminous Glow for a tan without the dangers of the sun.

I booked Erica for my wedding spray tan, but did two trial runs beforehand. I had TONS of questions when it came to face products and lotions to use in conjunction with the tan. She offered LOADS of knowledge on prep tips that would enhance the tan, as well as aftercare! I've gotten Versa Spa tans for the last 15 years...but never have I learned the specifics on how to properly exfoliate beforehand, and how to prolong the tan. It's simply next level! My tans looked beautiful each time I've received one. They actually still looked good almost two weeks later, which is way longer than I've ever gotten from the Versa spa! Being now in my 30's and concerned about the health risks of actual bed tanning, I figured I'd try out a spray tan. Nataliya was so professional and friendly. She did a great job of explaining everything and made me feel super comfortable. The whole process was really quick! Her website has perfect pre and after care instructions to get the most out of your tan and I can tell you, it works! Got spray tanned on a Wed night, followed all aftercare instructions, and after my shower 12 hours later, I was glowing! My tan looked really natural and faded evenly over the next week. I…read morereturned to Wilbraham Tanning specifically for wellness and consistency, and after committing time and money, I was abruptly excluded due to a pricing and/or policy change that was neither clearly communicated nor reasonably handled. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.

She shapes my eyebrows perfectly every time, never too thin. You don't need an appointment but may need to wait if she's working on someone else. (Wait isn't typically very long.) Go see her, you won't be disappointed!

I had the worst experience...... This pace is filthy and…read morebad!!!! Waste of my time! So I call this place a day in advance for appointment due to COVID reasons and they said no need for one and they do walk-ins..... however, when I went there the next day for treading and waxing, the lady asked me to wait inside the room until she attends the one other customer who clearly after me....After waiting inside the room for more than 10 mins, she tells me that there were customers with appointments and she had to attend them first.... Dude be consistent in your business!!!!
