Every time after that I felt I was inconveniencing the owner to start the tanning bed for me. She was always rude to the point she barely acknowledged me. Don't offer tanning if it doesn't make you enough money to care about your customers. The first time I made an appointment because it was necessary due to covid no one was even there. I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now. I…read morereturned to Wilbraham Tanning specifically for wellness and consistency, and after committing time and money, I was abruptly excluded due to a pricing and/or policy change that was neither clearly communicated nor reasonably handled. As a disabled veteran, wellness access and predictability matter to me. Instead of transparency or accommodation, I was met with silence and dismissal when I asked for clarification. No effort was made to work through the situation, respond meaningfully, or offer a fair resolution. This wasn't about special treatment - it was about basic communication, fairness, and respect. Unfortunately, those were lacking here. I would urge others to be cautious and to get all policies in writing before committing.
