They have over worked and under staffed employees, no site-manager and cameras do not work (with no…read moreintention of getting them repaired). No supplies available (towels, spray cleaner, etc.) because employees don't have time to work on the lot because there were only two working and one was forced to man the kiosk while the other directed cars into the cash wash. They've taken away one of the rinse cycles, which leaves soap on my car constantly. My membership was being over-charged until I called a couple of months ago. Are they going to shut down soon???
