Bought a civic for myself from another dealership due to getting a discount through my job. Had a breakdown and had it towed to Jasper Honda. Service didn't even inspect the car... just told me it was "out of gas"... even though my car said 44 miles to empty. I was told that was "just an estimate" (aka stupid female) and they put 5 gallons of gas in it & sent me on my way. Same thing happened 4-5 days later. Thankfully I was near home & didn't have it towed to the dealership. Fast forward 2 years and Honda issued a recall for my car due to a faulty engine fuel "propeller". Had recall fixed. I traded in my daughter's civic AND my civic to buy a new Honda Pilot. Tyler was my salesman and he was AWESOME! No bs, no haggling, he made it the best, easiest, and most satisfying purchase ever. When I confronted the owner, he gave me, "What do you want me to do." Took my 92-93 year old neighbors car, the Wallaces, their for their tires because that what they wanted. They screwed up their tire sensor system. The real mechanic, Jeffery is awesome, just stay your butt away from the tire side if you care about your families safety. Another business fixed it for me.
