They have since blocked their FB Messenger, deleted this from their FB page, all while not responding to my emails to rectify the situation. "UPDATE : I was the adopter mentioned above, placing an application for this specific kitty since she looked so much like my beloved Tortie that had passed almost 4 months ago, while this cat was not yet listed on their website and still in quarantine. Otherwise I was not yet planning on adopting just yet, but when I did I had intended on an older cat to provide a happy remainder of their life, as well as a companion kitten for enrichment. I expressed all of this to the Adoption Coordinator. After being told the Bengal mix would only be adopted out to someone who was knowledgeable about the breed, I did hours of research and found that my Tortie had prepared me well, as she also had similar characteristics and wanted a raw meat diet primarily. I emailed them each week day inquiring about the Bengals' well-being in the facility and that I would dash out to meet her, and together, choose a fur-buddy for her once I got the word from them. Yesterday I received an email (6days later!!!) that my application had not yet been processed, that the Bengal had been adopted out to a random person who already had an approved application (who, mind you, was clearly already planning on adopting and would have chosen another kitty), and that Talbot still had many other cat to choose from if I still wanted my application processed! What a tragedy! Not only was I going to adopt 2, learning of the exotic breed I was going to make a healthy donation. So Talbot was only able to, in this instance, adopt out 1 rather than 3 cats. Absolute ineptitude and irresponsibility, I am livid!" I do not recommend this organization to any of you.

They had never been boarded anywhere before, and I was a worried dog Mommy, they gave me a tour and showed me where the puppies would be kept, where they would play and where they would walk. I received daily updates and pictures of them playing. I even had to extend my trip due to car trouble. The resort was very accommodating. I was grateful they took such great care of my puppies. After talking to the staff on the phone I reserved a stay (site unseen) for our two miniature schnauzers. From the minute we walked in the door I had no regrets of our decision to board of dogs with them. The office was clean and organized. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were in our RV pulling a Jeep and they had to move a few cars for us to maneuver their driveway. Our dogs were welcomed calmly and boarded together. We were able to have them bathed prior to our picking them up. The pricing is comparable to what we pay in Montana. We did not have any problems with them after their stay. We would highly recommend this pet resort and we will use it again if ever in Maryland. After returning home we received a handwritten note from the staff regarding our pups' stay. It was a very kind gesture.
