Would like to start with I applied for a Grant, Florida Florida safe Homes The way it works is you have to buy the windows outright or loan before you can get a grant That can be a little nerve-racking because you never know if you're gonna get the Grant or not I found them in the web One of the things I liked was was they had good sales in windows and they work with all grants‼ I called in and I believe I talked to Rachel? Not 100% sure but from that point on Rachel was our point person Everything pretty much went through Rachel from that point on They sent a sales person that same night I was shocked because they are frim Boca Raton and I live in Kissimmee, but now in hindsight, I guess they have sales reps all over the state The sales man Phil I love him like I love Rachel Phil's knowledge of the product was off the chart. Our Installation was January 21st Today is May31at As good as Rachel was with keeping us informed and helping with the grant i can't say a bad word about her Since the help with he grant it's been radio silence Maybe she don't work there anymore but no one is answering me about it So why the 5 stars I know so many people that had home improvement and would of been thrilled to have our Experience I just don't get why they couldn't at least send them through the mail ? I had a $10,000 French door with sidelights replaced this Spring…read more I cannot get anyone at Statewide to return my calls about some minor issues. The installers were out of Fort Meyers and though overall I was pleased with the quality of their work, they arrived 5 hours late for the after-inspection clean up/ caulking because their schedule was so jammed. I had to wait- I had to call- no one advised me they would be late. The dispatcher was clueless. You would think someone could pick up the phone to return a call but everyone is too busy. Also if you are planning to use MySafe Florida Home, they are absolutely zero help with that. Quite disappointing. I wish I had researched this a bit more and got a locally based company instead.

The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away. We originally placed our order through Luis Miranda on 7/23/2025. Installation was done on…read more11/10/2025. We made the installers aware that the slider doors were NOT the correct configuration. Installer said they could be replaced. We have telephoned and telephoned. Most times we get voice messaging and never get a call back. Any time we have talked to someone they tell us the replacement slider(s) are on order. It has become obvious they are NOT on order and we are being lied to. Mark Harrigan (Salesman) and Steve Carroll (Final Measure Technician) have both confirmed the slider(s) are NOT the correct configuration. After trying to deal with several people representing BNT Impact Windows & Doors we were passed (once again passed on to someone else) on to Ray Price. He also told us (4-5 weeks ago) that the doors are on order. We have gotten one text message from him after we texted him first. We have heard NOTHING from him since he last told us the replacement slider(s) doors are on order. It has been almost ONE YEAR since we initially placed our order for windows and slider doors. There has also NOT been a formal county safety inspection! There are also voids in one door that allow lizards and bugs to enter our home. See Pictures. NO MORE PROMISES AND EXCUSES! It is unacceptable to be told things are on order when it is obvious they are not. In FRUSTRATION we have contacted a lawyer, Robson D.C. Powers, Esq. of Powers and Rogers, PLLC. We sent an initial certified letter to BNT Impact Windows & Doors informing them we would like to give them a chance to correct the issues before we initiate further litigation.
