Kristin arrived promptly and we went over what needed to be repaired and took no time at all. She had the estimate completed within a few hours. It was just about what I estimated it would be in my mind so I was happy about that plus they honored a $50 off coupon! We then scheduled the date & time for repairs, the following week. Communication was impressive as she kept me informed via text an email of scheduling and arrival times. The repair guy sent me a text with an ETA and arrived within the scheduled time frame.
