That explanation was difficult to believe, especially with the live alignment display visible in the waiting area. Honesty and ethics are just as important as technical skills. I got 2 more years out of those brakes, and Marshall's charged $0 for the inspection. You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.
