We found her to be rude, short, and at times almost belittling toward my daughter. My mother saw the same provider, and her experience was equally upsetting. She felt that her concerns were dismissed, and some of the comments made during the appointment came across as snarky and disrespectful. Referring to my mother as "old" was especially upsetting and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable when discussing their health concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have also noticed that this office seems increasingly focused on spa treatments and facials rather than making patients and their medical concerns the priority. Because of these experiences, we are now looking into finding a different dermatology office for both my daughter and my mother. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Dr. Oza told me he wanted to see me again in 2 months. I got a call from his nurse telling me what the monitor had found, not very specific "Just what we expected". She said someone would call the next business day to schedule a follow up appt. Didn't happen. I called repeatedly and would sit on hold for about 10 minutes (my limit) and hung up. I found an online appt system which I filled out and the system said I'd get a reponse in about a day. Didn't happen. I've called several times, again never talking to a live person. Forget this clinic. They obviously aren't interested. Guess I'll just wait for the heart attack.

The ER receptionist immediately checked me in and within ten minutes I was in a room surrounding by an attentive staff of nurses, technicians, and a physician's assistant by the name of Ryan Wilson, whose demeanor instantly calmed me (I was clearly having a panic attack!). I could not have been treated any better. The wound was stitched up (fortunately was not as bad as the Urgent Care doctor implied it was) and I was on my way within an hour. Everything was done with great efficiency and I was treated with respect and outstanding kindness. There was very little wait time, everybody was friendly and helpful. The whole medical team did an excellent job, they made her feel really safe and helped her with her nerves. They did a great job of figuring out what was wrong, telling us what we needed to do. Really appreciated the service that we received and appreciated that there was not a long wait time for triage or to be seen by a provider.
