They came over to inspect the damage, laid out the entire plan of what was needed to clean up the damage and laid down several heavy duty fans to start the drying process. They came by daily to measure the water percent in the affected walls, floors, ceilings and carpeting and they replaced the garage ceiling and insulation to prevent the formation of mould . On the 2nd day gentleman named Chris came to disinfect/spray again and rearranged the blowers. He was very nice and looked over the area thoroughly. He showed sympathy for our situation and was very sociable. In a time of crisis like this, when water needs to be removed immediately, I was so pleased with this company. They men they sent were nasty and constantly complained and spoke ill of us, forgetting that phones can translate everything that is being said. The guys always unblocked the area and threw all of our cloths on the floor, instead of simply stepping out into the hallway and taking the 2 steps thru the bathroom door. I confronted them about the truly revolting state of the bathroom after they had used it, but they just stood there pretending to not speak English. It is unspeakable here how disrespectful they were towards our property. There were soiled towels and blankets from the initial leakage, and they guys simply shoved them in the nearest closet on top of all of our clean clothing. My parents house needed some work done and JDRC was recommended by a friend. They do honest and…read morereliable work. I had three rooms renovated, dinner patch work inside the house all done beautifully. I worked with a bit of contractors before that we're reliable, but JDRC puts in an extra umph to their work. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms came out with excellent quality. Bedroom, split room, remove closet, and adding a door. Repainted walls and simple adjustment of light switch. Excellent paint job and sanding the walls. Bathroom renovation was done on removing grout and mold. Inside window tray was fixed. It was horrible initially because other contractors messed up the support and caused major molding to occur. JDRC was able to patch it but did recommend replacement. Repainted heatpipe. They sand down the old paint and repainted it. Excellent job with everything here. Kitchen work was cabinet replacements, sink, and countertop replacements. Everything was great. They even replanted the walls afterwards since they wanted everything to look nice and new to match their work. Kitchen window molding was replaced sure to new cabinet sizing. JDRC was flexible and easy to work with. They do honest with and trustworthy. I've seen contractors that cheat on their job, and JDRC did not. I highly recommend them for renovations. This job was done months ago but I haven't had time to write this review. Thanks again!
