Most of the time, my emails are ignored or they take a whole day to reply back. They are very unprofessional. I asked for a sample and they said no. I bough 2 or the 1"x48" dowels as samples and they charged 30 dollars shipping! Bad quality for the poplar but oak was good. After I emailed them to place my large order, I waited 3 business days and I emailed back asking status of my order and they said it would take 14-21 business days to ship! I can get faster dowels from China acting like they have to cut down the tree. this is insane and I don't want their business.
