    Great racks!
    Steve A.

As I had been building a wine collection stored mostly in boxes in a cool room in my basement, I decided my quarantine project at home to keep me busy would be to make a full-on wine cellar with one of my rooms. Wine Cellar Innovations has tons of information on their site on how to start on the project, and it was a lot of fun to clear out the space, insulate it, and get it ready for their racks. The racks themselves were great quality mahogany, and largely assembled. It takes a bit to get the hang of the way they go together, but once you build your first rack, the others go together super easy. They even included an air nailer setup which made it a breeze - I couldn't imagine doing it any other way! They also offer a free design service which I tried (because hey, it's free, why not?), but I wanted to add a bit more complexity to my design, and as you can probably already tell I'm more of a DIY person in that regard anyway, I took on measuring and fitting in components they have available. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, and the only reason it's not 5 stars is that despite them including multiple spare pieces in the racking kits, there were a few pieces that came incorrectly cut from the factory. I contacted them and they sent replacements no questions asked, so it was only a bit of delay in completing the project. Overall, the project came out amazing and I recommend WCI to anyone looking to build wine racks. They're well built and well-priced.

Love love my wine racks, you customize them to fit any room. Delivery was fast and they are light an super easy to install. I couldn't figure out what to do with my old pantry so I turned it into a wine closet

I was looking for a high quality solution to store my collection of vintage red wines. I found the perfect solution at Wine Cellar Innovations. I made my purchase online not really knowing what the quality of the product might be but hoping for the best. My product arrived packaged well and with no damage. The assembly was straightforward and easy with the available tools I already had. The color of stain was a perfect match to what I saw online and I now have a beautiful wine rack in my basement which all my guests compliment. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!

I had a great experience from start to finish with wine cellar innovations. Moved into a brand new house and had to create a new home for my 1000 bottle cellar - our WCI designer worked effectively with us to create a custom cellar top to bottom including cooling unit and lighting. All the parts arrived in great shape ; we opted to do the install locally with our builder's great carpentry team and electrician. Instructions were easy to follow and the cellar turned out great. Would highly recommend

We love our Wine Cellar wine racks. Our wine cellar is a very modest collection of about 100 bottles. The racks we orders arrived as ordered. I used a nail gun to put them together. Attached is a photo of the racks. I placed them in the center of an IKEA cabinet arrangement which form a square with the racks in the center. I also put LED rope lights behind the racks, I can change the light colors or have them change automatically fading to multi colors. We are very pleased with the results.

With zero experience in the upholstery side of furniture making, I needed a resource to help with the cushion selection, as well as designing the cushions that fit properly with the chairs. I supplied the fabric and indicated a desired firmness of the cushions with Brush Factory. I was given a suggested new type of foam that was highly recommended, but new for Brush Factory. Because the density of the foam didn't allow the typical "give and stretch" you often expect from upholstery cushions, they required some tweaking once fit into my wooden framed lounge chairs. Brush Factory gladly took the cushions back for a minor adjustment, no questions asked and turned the whole project around in half the time I expected. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the price was very competitive. As a fellow craftsman, I was glad to give Brush Factory my business and have them help collaborate on a piece I'm truly proud of. I plan on returning for additional cushion and ottoman upholstery projects. Here is a link to my finished project:

It looked like it had some very unique pieces, so we ventured in. We were instantly greeted by a very friendly, genuine lady. You could tell from the start she was so enthusiastic about the products and loved her job. She begin by telling us about their outside product lines which include customizable couches, and then practically gushed when she got to telling us about the things they make themselves. After seeing the gorgeous urban live edge tables I could see why. I am now dying to have them make me a table, and maybe some shelving, and more. Also, all of the artwork featured on the walls for sale is by local artists! After chatting with her for a bit she directed us to the 7 floor sister store 2 doors down. Urban Timber, located in an even larger store next door sources salvaged logs from our area, as well as Upstate NY (my home!). They involve the customer in every step of the process from picking their piece of wood, to measurement, shape, and even the base. The wood is completely dried and finished on every side making it a lifelong lasting product. While the prices are not inexpensive, you are truly getting a value for the high quality you are receiving. It is an investment. At the time of our visit a nice gentleman gave us a tour and if we had the time he wouldve taken us upstairs to where they make the tables. A sign out front mentioned free delivery. Super impressed with everything at these two locations!
