The owners provider exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to help customers. They also offer layaway options. The store is decent sized. So much to see and try. I was so touched that the owner was so patient with my family and my toddler. They have toys to entertain toddlers. I felt at home in their store and highly recommend this place. I now have a new set of wedding rings since my former ones are too small due to my rheumatoid arthritis. Very clean and organized store. It's a must see in town! I came back later to purchase the pendant, and the sales person took it to the back and returned to me and said, "i cannot sale it to you at this price", SHE THEN RAISED THE PRICE $50.00.... I politely asked her if that was fair and she said she had no choice "that is what the owner told her what to do" and tried to show me (and sale) a smaller one! I was dumbfounded and speechless! Instead of apologizing that she made a mistake, which the PRICE WAS MARKED ON A TAG ON THE BACK of the pendant, and sell it to me, she stood fast! I walked away, without the purchase..I always thought that "priced as marked" and "stand behind your product".. BUYER BE AWARE.. when you look in the jewelry case, they will change the price on you.. We learned a lot of information about turquoise. I had no idea how many different kinds of turquoise there is. My friend was looking for a matching earrings for her bracelet. Owner told us that particular turquoise is no longer mined but eventually we found some earrings that were a close match. We both purchased a couple pieces. The only criticism I have is the owner doesn't stay focused. He is very very knowledgeable all things turquoise but we didn't need to hear the history of every piece that we were not even interested in. He kept showing my friend items that she wasn't in there to look at We almost left until a pair of earrings caught my eye that I thought would match her bracelet. They were a very close match so she did make a purchase.
