She continued to interact with me as if I were some brain dead zombie crazy person because she apparently has never heard of yahoo. Then an elderly woman who despite looking like she's never done a workout a day in her life, was apparently the manager and refused my returns, despite being unused with tags. It's kind of crazy how the staff at this location has completely lost sight of their core demographic, and instead caters to Gen Zers or senior citizens.

When I saw "pop-up" I expected it to be a small spot... nope. This place is huge. As mentioned by an earlier Yelper, they do a pop up when they want to test a location and don't have a long term lease. The salesperson told me the lease was recently extended again, so sometime into 2027. Not built out with the finishes you find at their regular stores, but certainly fine, they seemed to have a lot of merchandise, and the staff was very nice. Love their bags.

I also want to mention, the staff members were friendly, helpful and very kind to my kids which was nice. Overall, I give Charlotte Russe a solid 4 star rating.
