We stopped here on the recommendation of a girlfriend. She thought they might have the item for which I was looking. The parking lot out front was very busy as there are a number of stores in this "strip", but we were able to find a space not far from the entrance to the store. Inside, it's quite large with a huge amount of inventory. But it seemed fairly organized and relatively neat considering how many people were shopping at the same time. They had the most choices I've seen in quite a while for me to take to the fitting room to try on. I liked that they allow up to ten items to try. Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything here. The items selection in this store is always consistent. The staff are relatively quick at checkout even though the line is always really long. Can generally find good value items here. read more

They already have cute Halloween decor in July! As far as clothes, the selection was decent, but in my opinion, not as good as the nearby Marshalls. On the bright side , the check out line was a lot shorter than it had been at Marshalls on this late afternoon/early Saturday evening. read more

I'm rapidly becoming a regular customer at this TJ Maxx location. The facility in general and the restrooms in particular are clean, and the seasonal items are well organized and easy to find. The cashiers are friendly and efficient, and always happy to answer questions about where things on. If you live anywhere in the West Palm Beach area, this location is worth driving to, but if you don't you're just going to have to find one a little closer to home ;-) read more

I asked the manager if I would be able to apply for a job as I love TJ Maxx and the manager (I think) asked, very rudely, "Do you have work experience?" to which i said yes. "Marshall's or another TJ Maxx?" and I said "No, I worked at (private retail shop) for 25 years" and she replied "Well, that doesn't matter to me!" She also asked if I spoke English and I said well a little (I am a native Spanish speaker) and she angrily goes "No! LISTEN to the question! I said do you speak English? YES or NO?" I love this TJ Maxx location. It is convenient to just pop in and walk around. All of the departments are well laid out and I find the store to be rather organized. They keep the line moving rather quickly whenever I am checking out as well. The dressing rooms are kept tidy as well! read more

Beautiful store in Wellington . Super clean, organized and friendly staff who wipe the shopping carts. My friend found some nice items that were on clearance and I stopped myself from buying . Perhaps next time ,I love their houseware stuff. Parking is ample. read more

Since I was in the market for a new wristlet and in the area running another errand, I decided to stop into TJ MAXX to see what I could find. The store is neatly laid out, unlike some other discount retailers. I found a large assortment of wristets and wallets to browse. The price range was quite varied from very expensive to cheap. Eventually I found a very pretty but sturdy wristlet that was in my price (middle of the road). As I went to the queue to pay, I asked the lady at the jewelry/accessories counter near the wallets where I could pay for my purchase. She cheerfully told me should could ring up my wristlet at her counter. Easy-peasy! Sometimes the line to pay is very long, so I appreciated being able to get in and out quickly. There's lots to see here. Besides women's, men's, and children's clothing, there's also bath and bedding items, toys, games, home decor, cooking supplies,snacks, and shoes. I was in the area waiting for lunch with a friend so decided to go inside. A little bigger than your standard TJ Max. What I really liked: Their active section was really nice with stocked styles and sizes. Ranged from clothing items, undergarments for working out, towel/mat accessories, small equipment accessories like dumbbells, water bottles etc. I also thought the overall layout of the store was nice and easy to navigate with me being there for the first time. The cash wrap area was fast with the line moving quickly for a Sunday with multiple cashiers. I bought a few things quickly and glad it didn't take long. What they can improve on: There were a few items on the floor and thrown about. Right before the cash wrap section there were last minute items which are always worth looking at such as cards and gift boxes however many things were thrown around them so it was hard to look at these last minute items. This is a newer version of TJ MAXX locates on 441 in Royal Palm Beach. Most TJ Maxx's are pretty much the same as far as the layout is concerned. We came here to get a bag for traveling and found a great bag. Unfortunately on our first trip the zippers broke and we had to return it after our Milan trip. The employees are pretty good and they processed the return immediately. We decided not to get another bag from here instead opting for the proven Samsonites from Costco. As far as the rest is concerned TJ Maxx is a pretty good place to find discounted products. If you need any clothing products this is a good place to shop. You will pat most probably a discounted price compared to similar products at other stores. Good place to shop. Gets super busy around the holidays but that is the time they put out some really good deals. read more

I came here and was accidentally charged twice for an item and realized when I got home. I went to a different TJ Maxx and they argued with me that I could have got two of the same item, however there is a unique identification number for each item scanned even if it's a duplicate. (Receipt photo attached) This bothered me as I was clearly cheated here. It took me months but I saved the receipt and finally went back today to the original location where my mistake happened to get my money back. I didn't get the managers name but I wish I did because she did such an excellent job handling the situation, after reviewing the receipt she confirmed I was correct and moved me to the front of the line to get a refund. Very professional, and the way customer service should be handled. I applaud the store manager for doing the right thing. read more

Started out by almost running into him around a corner to following me every aisle I went by trying to stay hidden. Only noticed him because I quickly realized I went into an aisle I didn't want to look in and immediately turned around only to see him on the other end trying to quickly hide. My only other complaint was that there was a bag I was looking at and had a question, but no employee was around to answer it. read more
