I contacted Beanie Bounce Party Rentals rather late, like 2 days before our Fall Block Party! they were super responsive and were able to book an XL Pumpkin Bounce (so cool!) for us super quick! delivery and set-up was seamless, the unit was clean and safe (love the inflated pillar in the center for something to hold onto), and they were perfectly on time. nice young men too. We partnered with Beanie Bounce Party Rentals for my son's wedding in the woods. They thought of everything, every detail was perfect, from the size and quality of the tent and dance floor, to the portable restrooms. It was super efficient to just work with one coordinator for all of our needs, especially one who put her years of experience to work for us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would - what an amazing, fantastic, fabulous experience I had with this company and their employees! From start to finish, they were absolutely the most professional, kind, helpful and just all around greatest!! I called on a Monday in a "Hail Mary" effort to see if I could get a bounce house for my 4 year olds birthday. Chris answered the phone right away and told me they had rentals available for Saturday (which was shocking since it was less than a weeks notice in august!) he asked what I was looking for and I said (kind of cheeky) "well it's a pirate themed party.... I don't suppose you have a pirate ship bounce house for me" and he said "ummm actually I do...". I was FLOORED. YOU DO?!? Yup. He did. I couldn't believe it - it was almost too good to be true! Sent the contract over ASAP, took my CC info and sure enough - the day before I got a call confirming delivery time for Saturday. So easy, professional and just so friendly!!! The two guys that came Saturday to deliver were fantastic - very efficient and so professional and kind to my 4 year old (who was mesmerized by this gigantic pirate ship being blown up in his backyard) - I was very impressed. Fantastic service, great prices, I highly recommend. I called a few places and Beanie Bounce came through the best. Their day rental price is a savings compared to the other companies. We had the gear for extra time because of a happy coincidence and that really made the experience better. The staff was really professional and considerate. Taught me how to spin the cotton candy and cook the popcorn, which was a huge hit at the party! Made my daughter super happy considering her last birthday was corona cancelled this made up for it and Beanie Bounce made that happen. Angela is SO helpful! She was so accommodating and absolutely great to work with! On delivery day, we were lucky to have Chris, Bobby, and Joey bring our slide to our house and set it up for us, and they could not have been nicer. They were so polite & professional. This place was fantastic! I was running an end of the school year event (field day) for my school. I was searching for a one stop shop type of place to get inflatables and carnival games. We ended up renting a dunk tank, inflatable obstacle course, and a sticky wall. I spoke with Angela at Beanie Bounce and she was extremely responsive and quick, as well professional. I had a variety of questions and she had an answer for each one. The day of the event, the delivery crew and pick up crew were right on time and set everything up and tore everything down quickly and efficiently. This place was great! Ordering and booking equipment was super easy. The day of the event, the employees arrived on time and set the machines up and did a great job! We had a slight problem with the popcorn machine, but the manager responded right away and took care of the problem. The guys were right on time for pick up as well! I would highly recommend Beanie Bounce Party Rentals to anyone in need of renting party items, etc. Angela, the President, has been extremely helpful and responsive from the first time I contacted her, to the last time. I so regretfully had to cancel my party, and Angela was amazing (she was consoling me, not giving me a hard time, as she knew it was not a decision we wanted to make). Additionally, in the last two weeks or so of party planning, she was going above and beyond helping me find the extra helpers I needed (even outside of her group, which she certainly did NOT have to do for me). Her prices were good, fees reasonable, policies realistic (no unrealistic expectations and charges). Just all around a great experience and I will absolutely go back to Angela for any future needs we may have. I am grateful that she was helping the planning process go smooth, when it could have been a more stressful time.
