I spoke with Natasha 3 days prior to the event, inquiring about prices, color schemes concept and design for a balloon bouquet for my son's birthday. While I was on the phone with her, I was put on hold several times because they can't answer basic questions, even though they work there or if this is your business, have some basic product knowledge. The entire conversation took an entire 30-40 min. from start to finish with a lot of inconsistencies and vagueness. I called again and specifically ask for Natasha to confirm my balloon bouquet pick up order -- this time to confirm, schedule pick up order in advance and method of payment for the order. Clearly she forgot that she spoke to me the other day because she again was asking how many balloons, I then had to repeat myself like a broken record, and had to reiterate the concept and color scheme I'm going for which was Stranger Things, colors red and black, etc. I then ask her if there's any way I can pay in a secure way, because I hate giving out my credit card number in this day and age everything should be digital. I told her I want to do Apple Pay. She then said, we will set this aside but not yet assemble it as payment is needed first. I said that's fine. I confirmed I'll pay when I pick it up. When I showed up to pick up, Wayne and Don were busy chatting, I had to say "hello" for them to acknowledge my presence and they felt annoyed as if I was inconveniencing them and interrupting their conversation. At this time, I explained to Wayne I had placed a balloon order with Natasha, but she needed a payment first, so now I'm here to pay first so you can proceed and process my order. Wayne was not paying attention, as I was "EXPLAINING and ARTICULATING" in proper English regarding my order. Wayne quickly got frustrated and annoyed as he was looking for my order, and I then explained to him that I had spoken to Natasha, explained everything about my order. He lied by saying Natasha didn't communicate anything. He yelled at me, and I made sure I responded the same way he treated me. Wayne was so rude, racist, disrespectful, filthy and pathetic! In my books, I don't tolerate rude behavior, and I made sure to say it to his face that I don't take s**t from anybody. This continued unproductive and incompetent approach is harming the overall reputation of the brand and is not a smart way to execute business overall. This individual has no place especially in the retail space and has no right in any way, shape or form to insult and disrespect customers. This kind of behavior is considered abusive by intimidation and an example of disorderly conduct. The business has a known bad reputation of this constant bad experiences, and unhappy customers. To the entire team at Party Fair -- you're doing a disservice to your community if you continue to display these types of poor business practices. Furthermore, the lack of basic human decency to treat both potential and existing customers with dignity and respect will have negative ramifications long-term. PATHETIC!

Unlike a party at a house, where often there is the need to bring an entertainer like a magician or a balloon twister, here the venue itself is the attraction. There are lots of inflatables for kids to bounce around and on both of my trips here, I observed the kids having a blast, with the adults also at ease because they can easily keep an eye on their kid. At our daughter's party, we did observe some of the adults take part in bouncing/ jumping around as well. It is, after all, fun to try going down some of the large slides and at an earlier party - not that of our daughter - I know I joined in too. The staff members assigned to the event happily provide direction. In particular at our party, we had a girl - Sophia - who was very nice and helpful. As parents, we had to do very little work. We basically showed up at 4:45 p.m. for our daughter's party starting at 5:00 p.m. The venue organizes everything - food, party favors, etc. They make it convenient for guests to leave their presents and then at the end of the party, load those presents into our cars. If there's a downside, it is that of price. The base pricing isn't terrible but it is the add-ons that are unnecessarily pricey. If you add a large pizza for adults, that costs $17. $17 for a plain cheese pizza is way too much. Likewise, adding a bottle of Coke is $5 and that's too much. In the future, I would be hesitant to adding those items.

I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is a business owner. My child was invited to a…read morebirthday party here, first time coming to this location. I was not aware I also needed socks, even though I'm not jumping. I was told it was a $2 charge for socks. I voiced frustration that that should be explained better to people and the owner Josh immediately appeared out of a back office to yell at me and tell me my child and I can leave if I don't want to buy socks (he had what looked like middle schoolers working and handling everything else until that point) I explained I had been to other BounceU locations and have never had this be a rule and he again told me that my child and I could leave with a ton of attitude and anger. None of which was warranted or provoked. I'm not going to punish my child for someone being a horrific human so I spent the ridiculous $2 (which was cash or Venmo only) and let my kid still attend his friend's party. Not sure what happened to the owner that he has to act so ugly but I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment like it's the plague! Also the Exton BounceU is bigger, cleaner and the staff are so much nicer!! The owner stated the sock rule for adults is due to sanitary reasons but if that were true, why not offer socks to non-jumpers for free? It's because you're just trying to make more money off of people.
