Our builder hired Lann Clemons to finish installing our pool equipment after the first company went…read moreout of business. Lann is a nice person and was quite amiable in the beginning. However, things went downhill shortly after he'd been hired. Lann came to install the pool equipment 4 days after the pool plaster was completed; which was near the beginning of November 2021. Because he wasn't able to complete the job on that date, he informed our builder that he would need to return to finish it. He came back one time in December 2021, but still wasn't able to finish the job for which he had already been paid to complete. Finally, after numerous excuses and months later, Lann did show up one final time. However, it's now July 2022, and our pool still isn't completely finished nor does it operate correctly. Unfortunately, our builder paid him in full in November 2021, so there isn't any motivation for Lann to finish the job. Our builder requires the usage of a specific construction communication software for all communication between us, him, and all hired contractors. Lann has been unresponsive to our builder and his project manager, and has only shown up on short notice when there wouldn't be anyone around to check the progress. It's now been 8 months since he started but refuses to finish the job, and our builder has had to hire a different company to finish the project. I definitely would not recommend Lann nor his company to anyone else.

Our experience with Harvest Pools has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We came back to a pool that was under-serviced and severely off-balance, so much so that in 6 days we haven't been able to reinstate it to the clear and perfectly balanced condition that we left it in. Instead of adhering to the agreed schedule, Harvest Pools arrived a full week after our departure, and subsequently, another 10 days later. By the time we returned home on the 26th day, it had been 9 days since they last "serviced" our pool, and it was evident that they had done more harm than good in our absence. Even more disappointing is the company's complete lack of responsiveness to our concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them to rectify the situation, they have effectively ignored us--a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction. In short, avoid this company and perhaps pay your child neighbor $10 to dump a gallon or two of chlorine in your pool every few days. I'm pretty sure your pool will be better off, and your entire family won't be severely disappointed with your pool upon your return like mine has been.
