The last few times I have been in the shop, there are multiple problems occurring: One instance, the POS system was completely down and they were only accepting cash. On another visit, the system that prints tickets for food had gone out, making any of us that had ordered food wait 20-30 minutes+ while they tried to figure out who had ordered what. The most recent experience, the espresso machine had completely gone out and they could only serve coffee and cold brew if you were looking for a beverage of that nature. The staff is always very kind but its becoming a less reliable experience when I'm in town and looking for a coffee shop to get some work done or relax in.

If you think the coffee is worth more, you can overpay. Just that alone is so cool, the staff here have an honest interest in the art of making coffee and are eager to learn which is pretty awesome. There is definitely more quality in the coffee here, plus they experiment with stuff to make it more unique which I appreciate a lot.
