Honest discussion about which unit/seer rating would best meet my needs and options available. They showed up on time, installed the unit in two hours (their estimate was 4 hrs) and left no trace of being there. The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents.
