I am a business owner with a small staff so scheduling my renewal was tough as my schedule is constantly changing. Neva was able to make it work before my permit expired. The wind was pretty crazy but we were able to catch a small window between super high winds and they reinforced the targets so we could get through testing. The team at Cobra Tactical went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and set up private training for me. Prior to my training session, I sent Naomi a list of ammo and other items that I wanted to purchase for the session. When I arrived, Naomi already had my entire order perfectly organized in a box and ready to go. I was super lucky to have Dave as my instructor. The class session was very informative and focused on topics that actually mattered. The range session was really where Dave really separated himself from the pack. Training sessions that I have previously done with other instructors were very basic and focused on standing still and aiming at a paper target. Dave takes a much more tactical approach. By the end of my training, I felt very comfortable drawing from a holster and shooting while moving, even with distractions. This training was worth every penny. We have been working with them for the last three months they go twice a night to check on the property. The one night they don't show up and have no reason why they didn't show up or can't even explain to me why they didn't show up I completely was robbed from my kitchen cabinets to my flooring to my front door. I am gonna do everything I can to shut this company down. They're a big scam. Everyone please be aware.

A lot of dealers these days arent keen on doing that these days. I called them, and they said no problem. They notified me less than an hour after I got the UPS notice that the package arrived at their location. I showed up just a short while later to start the process. Its a nice small shop in a quiet part of town. I really appreciated how chill the atmosphere was. I think it took all of 10 minutes to get the paperwork done, and off I went. 10 days wrapped, and I went for my pickup today. Again, the shop was super chill. Took less than 10 minutes to wrap everything up. Start to finish, the process was painless. Most gun shops are typically not places I'm super comfortable at. They tend to have semi aggressive staff, customers, or both. And they also tend to be very vocal about their political affiliations. VC Armory had none of those things. That alone is going to make them my go to LGS from here on out.

I was schedule for a cleaning. Got there and Sean looked at my weapons and said these don't really need cleaning. They're just dry. He oiled them up, fixed a pin on my safety and sent me on my way. They wouldn't accept even the smallest gratuity. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars for cleanings but instead provided a free service and a smile. Truly great Americans.
