I called the office about the issue and wanted a discount! The installer lied said that they haven't made multiple trips (5 to be exact) and further said we didn't rig anything we "weather proofed" several weeks expired and no bill ! We assumed discount was free? They finally got a hold of me said my bill was delinquent and charged me more than quoted and no discount!
