The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. However, after weeks of delays and "claim reviews," their attorney and insurance company ultimately denied the claim entirely based on the liability paperwork signed before the move. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that responds one way in the moment, only to later refuse accountability for damage caused during the move. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a company handles them afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported, misled, and stuck dealing with the consequences in my new home. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all paperwork and fully understand what protections you actually have if something goes wrong.
