Do not have Ashley cut your hair at the Weatherford bearded beast. It was the worst haircut I've had ever. She could not complete the basics of keeping equal length on both of the head. This place is the worst the customer service is terrible I made an appointment and when I got there I wasn't even acknowledging at the door they didn't even call my name out one time after waiting for an hour and a half they all just passed me up while I was sitting right next to the counter not one word was said to me which they were pretty busy but that's no excuse to make someone sit thru their entire appointment and know I've been sitting there for more than an hour is pathetic they were so talkative and friendly to everyone else but when I walked in there it was almost like everyone made it a point to avoided me this place is a joke. read more

I came in for a full service, which was supposed to include a haircut, beard trim, and shampoo. I mentioned this to the stylist several times, but she only completed the haircut and rushed me out. I might have overlooked that if the haircut itself had been consistent, but the fade above my ears is noticeably uneven. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place based on my experience -- there's definitely room for improvement in both service quality and attention to detail. read more

My stylist Amber was able to finish her client quickly once I got there. However when I told her what I wanted I guess she decided to not listen, because I asked for a fade and she did not give me that. I also asked for my hair to be at my eyebrows and she put it halfway up my forehead. read more

i made an appointment to try a new barber shop around me. (i will never do that again) i asked them to take a little off of the sides and she told me she was going to do a five guard and then she proceeds to do a two guard. and then i told her to take just a little off the top then she proceeds to take a full 2inches of the top of my hair but doesn't cut the middle of the top of my head so now i have almost like a mow hawk. From now on will be cutting my own hair and this barber shop is the reason i will never go to a barber ever again. read more

I've used them for a couple of years. I usually have to call or go online to Facebook and try to schedule something but I found that it takes 3-4 days for them to respond. One time I got someone to answer the phone the first time. I was shocked. She then put me on hold and for 5 minutes I listened to her on her cell phone talking to her friends about the upcoming weekend and her plans to "bang Taylor" I hung up and found someone else. When I booked I specifically asked if there was someone who could cut coarse (black) hair. Our usually barber there had left. I was assured they could. Upon arrival there were no tools or conditioners appropriate for my sons hair type and he cried throughout. The barber tried to be nice about it but we really should had just left and gone elsewhere. This place is set in a historic part of town, where the poles to tie up horses still remain. Stelara gave the best treatment and care that I have ever had from any haircut place in my entire life. She did a great job and gave me a cut and shave exactly as I wanted as if she was able to read my mind. The place itself is very nice on the inside, clean, good music, and very relaxing place. I went in to get a hair cut (just to get my dead ends off) and the lady messed up my hair (my hair was uneven) so I had to go back to her to get it fixed and then she BUTCHERED the fuck out of my hair and didn't listen to a thing I told her... NOTHING is the way I wanted it (leaving me with my hair in chops- not even layers - (which is WHAT I ASKED FOR) (AND GAVE ME BANGS!!!! I NEVER wanted bangs) - and a MULLET) She left me in TEARS!!! I was in a beanie for legit 24 hrs. (Slept in it and all- along with crying the whole night) I had to go to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT place to have them fix HER fuck up. My regular barber is in between shops so I homed in on this spot just north of the square. Surrounded by antique shops and other eclectic merchants, this place is very easy to find. Plenty of parking especially during the weekday, even a public city parking lot just a few doors down. Beautiful place with great architecture and a sweet tin ceiling. The vibe is supposed to be vintage 1800's and it works for the most part. Just a few odd modern fixtures, appliances, and ductwork ruin the effect a little bit. No biggie. It's all about the haircut right? Walked in and was promptly greeted by Keeley. Tuesday morning and only one dude ahead of me. It's going to be a good experience already! Having never had a haircut in Parker County I expressed my nervousness at first. But after listening to what I needed, Keeley did a great job! Sweet fade that was technically really nice. Lots of eucalyptus oils and hot towels followed by a razor finish made for a great experience. I love an awesome local discovery! Super affordable, great artistry and off the square.
