I've had good experiences here and some that were below par, it really depends on which stylist you get. Their turnover of employees seems pretty high as well. I'm not sure why, but I suspect the employees aren't making very much, which could be an indicator as to why the quality of cuts are so inconsistent. Took my 12 year old son here today and service was awesome. No wait at all. Veri did a wonderful job with his hair, exactly what we asked for. While waiting on my son I had the opportunity to watch the other stylists with their clients. The gentleman next to Veri, had a young boy in his chair. He was fantastic with him. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ignored and listening to employees complain about their jobs/bosses while cursing in front of customers Completely unprofessional environment. It was more important for my "stylist" to stop my haircut so she could look at her schedule & again when she had a personal phone call. A second "stylist" kept complaining that a third "stylist" was taking off early & she had to work an extra hour that day. I lost count of how many expletives she dropped in front of me and two other customers. I also didn't go there to see a live version of America's Got Talent (the Worst Contestants). Every single "stylist" felt the need to karaoke every song that came on the radio. If someone from corporate is reading this, I highly suggest you drug test your employees too. I've been in law enforcement for 5 years now & I'm pretty sure that second "stylist" shoots up methamphetamine behind the dumpster on her breaks (when she's not cursing about her job, co-workers & bossed). read more

The lady (Carrie) didn't seemed interest in cutting my hair and she was in a hurry to get me out of there. I told her how short I wanted it in the back, but she didn't ask about the rest of my hair. She said she was done without checking with me on how it looked and if I needed anything changed. I told her to cut more off the front and then she quit. What did I put my poor hair through ? I should of got paid for sitting through and then seeing my hair. I asked for a fade... didn't get one. I have half the hair on my neck still there. I will never return! I went in with a clear description of the style I wanted complete with 2 photos. After discussing with the stylist, she turned me away from the mirror and proceeded to cut my hair. When she finished and turned me back to face the mirror, I burst into tears. FYI-Evidently everyone books online hours in advance. We came in on a Sunday afternoon. Our wait was 2 hours long. I was told it would be an hour at most. Two people were working. The radio station was on static the entire time. Camry was very nice but the other lady working demonstrated the worse customer service. She was not friendly towards anyone and it seemed like such an inconvenience for her to be so busy. Then the rude lady just disappeared when people are waiting. Phone rings and it's for her. Camry has to go take rude lady the phone in the back. A big group came in and Camry, cutting my kid's hair, has to stop-again-and check in all the people. GC - you need some better customer service and evidently more staff on weekends. read more

We will never return until this stylist, and apparently MANAGER, is gone! Her name is Carrie and she is extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude. Now looking at other reviews about this stylist, I hope this is taken seriously. Upon entering, my family and I were all wearing masks, except for my 18 mth old. We were asked to put a mask on him and she quoted some rule that "their establishment doesn't follow state guidelines that it is up to their board." She moved on and we started to discuss my older son's hairstyle. Everything she was specifically told to do, she ignored and what was asked of her, she ignored and ARGUED! It was obvious she took out her anger on my son as she pulled the coverup around his neck extremely tight, leaving a slight red irritated circle afterwards, and jerked his head around many different times roughly and aggressively throughout. I asked many times to "NOT touch the top as he was growing it out" and she argued again. Throughout many protests she continued to ignore... and cut and buzz..., and cut and buzz.... and cut and buzz. We left completely in shock and his hair is a chopped, buzzed mess. read more

My boyfriend went in for a simple trim of the dead ends and to have his hair thinned out a bit because it is so thick. He said he wanted it to grow more and not to cut off a lot of hair. I'm not sure why they layered it but they cut it way to short for what he was needing and now he's unhappy with it. I've been to this store previously and I thought they cut mine too short as well but over all I was happy with the experience just not the results. Use at your own risk read more
