Bear's Dry cleaning is a great company. I had come from out of town for a death in the family. I through a bunch a dress clothes in the car when I left Denver but almost everything needed dry cleaned. I came in on a Friday and asked for help to get some shirts and pants done on very short notice. They really came through for me and the clothes looked great. They were organized and very friendly.....I wish they were in Denver so I could continue to use them! read more

Bears would consistently leave brown starch marks on my dress shirts. Finally had enough and took them to another dry cleaner. Granted they would offer to redo them but those redid shirts wouldn't even get rid of the brown starch. Enough was enough. Decided to go somewhere else. read more

We've taken two wool winter coats to be cleaned and both times the coats came back looking the way they did when we dropped them off. The collar area was still dirty, stray hairs and lint still on the coat. The only difference was we got them back on a hanger with a plastic cover over them. They are the only dry cleaner in town right now and I won't use Bears again. read more

I had worked at Bears Naturally Clean while I was in high school. While working there I got to see how they truly care about all of their customers and all of the clothes that are brought into their store. They care about every single detail and make sure that the clothes are looking amazing! They did an outstanding job on all of my clothes, blankets, and prom dresses that I needed cleaned or altered. I still take my clothes back to them and wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes and especially with my prom dresses. Very very dishonest people. I used to clean all my garments there and loved the system and prices, but once you have a problem with them they will kick you out and say if you come back they will call the police on you. They ruined my white wool coat with some other coats blue dye. The owner said she cleaned it by hand but the coat was all blueish. They didn't even offer me a discount until I asked and then they offered me $5. I told them to give it to some one else. I brought the coat back but the owner kicked me out and threatened with police. He told me it wasn't his fault someone else's coat blood on it. That's funny, because he was the one that put these 2 coast together. I submitted a claim to BBB but the owner didn't take any responsibility for what happened. I know there is no other dry cleaners in town but be aware of these scammers; they are greedy, lying inexperienced owners. They are not even registered on BBB. read more

I have not been offered the email notification service. I forgot a garment I dropped off and there was no courtesy call to remind me. Instead I received a rather nasty call telling me that I was being charged a storage fee which I am responsible for regardless of whether or not they have discarded my garment. When I called to ask about this, I was treated very rudely. Nothing about this was a good experience in customer service. I won't be back. read more

I took a coat there to be rebuttoned. They gave me an estimate of $20 and ended up tagging on an additional $20 for the buttons. When I disputed the charge with the owner, he argued with me, made fun of me, was condescending and told me he didn't care that I was never going to return for business. I was shocked at the price.
