Wash price 3.75 quarter/app pay machines Dryers 4.00 quarter/app pay ( didn't use so don't know for what increment of time dryer would run on $4.00) Countertops clean. Plenty of rolling/ hanging garment baskets. Some families allow their children to run around the facility with them. I only note this as my leg was crashed into by a child while I was working on my phone. It would be nice if the attendants would control this a bit better. Clean facilities and good equipment. However, I looked on my card while waiting and each transaction was charged $20.00 instead of the posted machine price, so as of now I spent $60.00 to wash and dry my clothes myself. The person working there stated that the remaining amount should return to the card within a certain time after I asked if that is normal. When I tested to see if multiple cycles were possible on one card swipe I found out it's not, so I am unsure why the need for additional funds to be held. The consumer should be aware of this "hold" prior to being prompted to swipe the card. read more

A second worker walked up and asked what the problem was, I told her the same. They said there's nothing they can really do but they'll put in a maintenance order. The owner, sitting behind me, pipes in echoing the same thing. Great. No apology. No offer for a refund. Just a "nickel and dime them to death" attitude. Compared to other laundromats in the area, this place is great. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, and nearly every machine works. The prices are a little higher than the other laundromats in town, but I'm ok with paying a little more to have a quiet environment, comfortable benches to sit on, and no riff raff coming and going. I applaud their policy that allows service animals (as defined by the ADA) and NOT allowing emotional support animals, which are not trained to perform a service. I used the PayRange app to pay for the loads. I'm not thrilled with having to pre-pay an amount higher than what I intend to spend, since I am a full-time RVer who will only be in town for a couple of weeks. Any money I pre-pay and don't use is wasted. The lowest amount I could pre-pay was $10, of which $2.25 will sit on my account and never get used. I prefer the DexterPay app which charges the exact amount for each purchase. The other concern with the app is that it estimated my washer time to be way over what the actual time was, so even though my wash was done and in the dryer, the app said it was still washing. I appreciate their NO OIL RIG CLOTHES policy too, which keeps the machines clean. They DO offer drop off service for oily clothes since they can use special detergents and chemicals to neutralize the oil. In all, a nice place and I highly recommend it. read more

Amazing drop off laundry service! The staff was lovely, the cost of $2.10/lb was reasonable. We had never used this kind of service before but 2week vacation uses up clothes quickly and not having to spend vacation hours to do laundry is priceless!!!! My husband and I full-time travel in our , so we have used laundromats all over the US. This business would be in my top 10 laundromats. It is very clean, with staff constantly sweeping the floor and cleaning the machines, plus the restroom was exceptionally spotless! They have an area with booths in which to sit and eat along with fully stocked vending machines with drinks and snacks. If you would rather have sodas with ice, they have that also. With regards to costs to wash and dry, the prices were from $3.50 to $4.25 for regular and large front load washers, super washers for large quilts, pillows or 8 loads for $7.00 to $12.50. The washing machines were very efficient and my clothes came out clean and thoroughly rinsed. The dryers very quick, one $3.50 and they were dry ready to be folded. No adding money for additional drying time! There are two ways to pay, quarters or a smart phone app "PayRange." I found using the app the easiest. In addition to the laundromat, they have a fluff and fold service at $2.00 a pound next day and an extra $5.00 for same day (with pick up and delivery service, if you like) plus a shower facility for $7.00. Finally the staff were helpful, patient, and actually smiled at customers. I tried to think of a negative, but could not find one. In the short time I have had to use this business, I must say the difference in the employees that work here are like night and day. The women I have encountered during the day are unfriendly, not helpful, and usually gossiping about someone, or talking badly about a customer. The young men I have met are the complete opposite. They are always willing to help you with any thing. They talk with you. And they are the only ones that I have ever seen cleaning!! These young men are the only reason why I come back here.
