Wednesday they come back replace a relay switch as well as the fan on the AC. I sign for he Tech asks would you like us to send out a a bill it's $281.00 for today. I said yes please I will be happy to pay it. Never asked me to pay that day. The night goes on and still not working even after that visit! I called Thursday they sent an another technician per my request, only because another set of eyes are always good. Jason finally stated yes I will send a different tech out. As a retired Nurse I welcome another set of eyes, we all have missed things. Especially in horrible temps like this. New technician came looked at a few things. Came in after 20 minutes if that and found it. A gaping hole in the ductwork. He calls his manager. They send a crew out today to run the one duct when it came time to pay what was quoted at $350.00 even last night. I pay the $350.00 I call Jason the manager with his terrible people skills and I called to ask why do I have to pay this $129.00 diagnostic fee? I was charged $281,00 signed on it Tuesday afternoon, you quoted me $350.00l flat last night for the entire job today. Came time to pay and it's $760.00! I said that's not what I was quoted. What happened technician stated Jason charged a diagnostic fee of $129 making it more expensive. I stated no one mentioned that and this was not my fault. It should've been fixed the first day I called Jason he's very rude and has lacking people skills. Yes I was upset, but I was trying to let him know. This was not my fault if he had looked under the house that would've been done he states, ma'am it's not our duty or job to look under the house! I thought really you have ductwork that you just replaced today but you don't look in your houses. Now I'm d you the entire time the first tech that came the first two days came in very very apologetic. I'm so sorry it's my fault it would have been done already if I had just looked at the ducts. I quote I take full responsibility for this I'm so sorry. He knew I'd been in the I'll recently in the hospital, now home on a cane and oxygen, so he was concerned from the first visit. Again the techs tried and I appreciate it. But again it was not the customers fault! This was their air conditioning company and it should have been fixed day one. I should've been quoted and paid the price I was quoted and signed on. I do not recommend this company. Everybody was great with the exception of the manager Jason. He proceeds to tell me about all kinds of stuff that if I wasn't gonna pay my bil, he was placing me on a no service list. I said no sir I just paid $350.00 and he proceeds to raise his voice. My guys said you weren't gonna pay. I said he literally walked out 2 minutes ago, & II never stated that! Didn't you pay the rest why? I was told I didn't have to and he asked if he wanted to bill me an invoice nobody stated anything other. I said I will be happy to. He's gonna leave me on the unservable list if I don't pay my bill! I said I'm happy to pay the majority of it, but I don't feel I should pay the $129.00 this was your negligence. Well several arguments later he said I will send my guys right back, they're on your street. Are you gonna pay the bill or not? I stated I will and then I will file my leave my review for terrible service, and hidden fees. Never recommending the company again! As well as notifying my insurance company that hired them to replace my unit 2 yrs ago! I sit in the house and it's hopefully cooling. I'm sure it'll work it better otherwise I'll be calling someone else definitely not Bilco Airconditioning and it took an entire week. I rate one star for the hidden fees, poor managerial behavior on Jason's part.

The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents. All boxes and old vents, unit etc was hauled off so that we did not have to deal with it. We will forever recommend this company!
