Not only was everything delicious, colorful and beautiful, but she was incredibly considerate of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian diets with options for everyone. Every ingredient was high quality. There was a whole meatless day that I didn't actually notice until I thought back on it. Lindsay is kind and funny and knowledgeable. She's always willing to share advice, a smile, whatever. Let me start by saying that I have never been to a chiropractor before so I didn't know what to…read moreexpect. I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!

This was completely online with no personal contact. This type of consultation is at best a launching pad. I was expecting much more. The plan put forth was typical plan pulled from the internet. Or wait....according to Tyler.....Hours of time put in for a plan that said eat protein, carbs and veg. I also know my way around a gym. He did nothing to formualte a plan for the equipment I had acess to. I am not a guy who needs to lose weight. My goal is the direct opposite. My contact with him was money and time lost period.
