Dustin and Dan did a great job. The only problem was the water valve for the shower wouldn't shut off so my bathroom flooded. Dustin and Dan right away put a space heater and fan on the carpeting and finally ripped the carpet up so the wet carpet wouldn't cause damage. The carpet was going to be replace anyway and I told them they could rip it out. The fan is still running on the carpet in the closet as that is still soaking wet. Dustin was very personable and worked well with city water employees. He asked my permission for any changes that varied from our contract. I'm pleased with my walk in shower. There is one corner of the shower that looks like the paneling isn't fit correctly (it looks warped). When I asked about it Dustin stated it was because of the wall ( which I don't understand). For $16,500.00 I was hoping for a shower that was squared properly with no warp. However, other than one warped bottom corner the shower looks great. I would recommend Dustin and Dan to anyone looking to remodel their bath to a walk in shower. read more

Two hours after my 2 star review, Beartooth called me. Thanks, Yelp! To their credit, Beartooth wrote me a check to cover the costs of the plumber I hired to restore water in my house. read more

The salesman told use he'd have a quote within two weeks. A month later we had to email him asking for the quote. It took another two weeks (6 weeks later) we received the quote. After we received the quote we called to agree and make payment. No one ever answered the phone after multiple tries. So, when drove down there where there were several staff just sitting around. They can sit but not answer the phones. They let us know the install date. The day after the install we call every extension and leave a message with the owner no call back to confirm the install for the next day. My husband takes the whole day off work for them to come. I call at 9:30 to be told that no one was coming not until the next week. I was given the excuse they have been behind, which I stated I understand but a phone call would have been nice. Once this is installed we will never use them again. Buyers be beware. Not great customer service at all.
