GLACIER NATIONAL PARK - MONTANA - July 2026. The trip itself was wonderful despite some areas of concern that would make me take pause before booking another trip. I don't believe anyone from Beatrice Bradley had even looked at the accommodations prior to our arrival. I was told that all accommodations on these trips were excellent. We were in a lodge in the mountains so I didn't expect luxury but I certainly expected some consistency. My room only had bright overhead lights. There was no table lamp or low lighting. I had to keep the bathroom light on at night and use the flashlight from my phone for light. So much for reading in bed! My room did not have a TV. Some of the rooms did, some didn't. No consistency. The remote to my air conditioner was missing. The hostess called and the management company said they could get a new remote to us by Friday - the day we were leaving. The first 3 nights I froze because the a/c unit was high in the air beyond my reach. Finally, I found a remote from another room that worked on my unit and I could set the temperature to a reasonable level. All of this said, my room was one of the best in the lodge. Another lady was in a room that only had 1 outlet in the entire bed and bathroom!!! She had a private bed and bath. There was an orange extension cord that ran from the bathroom to her bedroom for outlets! Another lady who was in a private room with a shared bath couldn't shave her legs because the shower stall was so small she couldn't bend over! She was an average sized woman. There was major construction going on next to the lodge. Construction debris all over the place. Early morning starts for the construction crew. All of this was fine - but not for the price. One woman made everyone on the trip pretty miserable. She showed her colors before the trip in text messaging to the entire group. She was complaining about everything on the trip before she left her house! I believe Beatrice Bradley should have had a conversation with her prior to the trip and saved everyone a ton of misery. She was so bad, complained about everything, they eventually asked her to either be nice or leave. She didn't leave but she wasn't really nice either. Everyone piled into one van that she wasn't in or tried to sit at a table where they didn't have to sit with her. She complained about the food in every restaurant and wouldn't eat. She was the only one; everyone else loved their food and some got the same entrees as she did. I just think she was a very unhappy person but she was unhappy to the point that it impacted the entire group and that wasn't fair to other women. The trip - FABULOUS - Our group leaders were incredible and did an amazing job considering what they were dealt with our accommodations and this one woman. The food was AMAZING! Really great food and very nice restaurants. I met wonderful ladies who I bonded with almost immediately. Some of the bonding was because we had to help each other out with our room situation!!! The woman who was in the really bad room with the extension cord sent her concerns to Beatrice Bradley. She had traveled with them several times before and had excellent experiences. I waited to write this review to see how they would handle her situation. The group leader even took video of her room to share with corporate because it was so bad. She hasn't heard back from Beatrice Bradley and unfortunately that speaks volumes. If we would have been forewarned about the conditions of the accommodations or if the trip would have been priced accordingly I would have given a 5 star review. Worst group tour I've ever had the displeasure of joining. Luxury lodge room at a great expense was a room next to major construction. Air conditioning broke. Tv broke. No inside door . When I complained I was read the most embarrassing riot act I front of the other women despite being chewed out by an entitled witch who played her air blogs loudly all night long next door. I paid more than anyone there to be put into a motel 6 room. No interior door and I heard growling at night. It's bear country . Excursions were fine except changed last minute to cater to a few demanding women leaving of half of us waiting in a heat wave sun a long time with no shade . Dinners were so bad after the first night (that was good) I couldn't eat them but got berated for my failure to eat . All around worst most expensive tour . Don't book this tour. read more

I am so disappointed I have to rate this company so low. I am conservative and enjoy solo travel. BB checked the boxes. I was on the manatee trip in Florida in February. Where do I start. First of all, the hosts were amazing. Fun, excited and friendly. None of my review is about them. I wrote a lengthy email to the corporate office. Not pleased with response. The cost of the trip was absolutely overpriced! 4 nights and transportation and tours are not worth almost 4k. Not including airfare. Logistics: great to meet at a hotel near the airport. The van squeezed in 14 older women. The van did not accommodate well. There was no step so people were literally shoving us up by the bootie. Accommodations. The "plantation" was being renovated which they knew about. No upgrades to our rooms, no real "beach" and no amenities. The hotel was a joke and we could have gotten rooms for $160 a night on our own. Food. In general the food was good. Breakfast was worse than convention food. Dinners were hit and miss. A few great ones, others were shared appetizers and fried food. Greek lunch was great! Activities. No shuffleboard, no congregating area or bar at the hotel. Sponge boat ride was freezing cold and fairly uneventful. No real diver as described. It's really too bad because I wanted to like the premise of the trips and company. I do not travel to meet people but if that happens, great. I am not alone in this review. Most of the ladies mentioned that this was not up to BBs standards. Also very disappointed in their reaction and follow-up. Basically nothing. Save your money and do a girls trip on your own. read more

I was ecstatic about the Montana Dude Ranch trip.  With my love for horses and being an experienced rider, along with all the other activities BB had listed on their website, I thought this would be the perfect adventure. Unfortunately it wasn't.  It turned out most of the activities weren't even offered by the Ranch.   Being a very active  person I was extremely disappointed with No: Start your day with an early morning coffee hike Perhaps take a group hike to spot wildflowers and wildlife.  Early risers enjoy a coffee-in-hand sunrise walk. Nightly Bonfires with S'mores.   Bonfire Fun: Cap off the evening with a lively bonfire, complete with songs and s'mores under the stunning Montana night sky. Campfire Fun: End the day with campfire s'mores and laughter with new friends. Learn to saddle your horse and mount up. Riders will be divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups for personalized instruction. You must be able to lift 25 lbs, for handling gear and equipment around the ranch. Ghost Town Visit: Head to Garnet, Montana's best-preserved ghost town, dating back to 1895. Explore this historic gold and silver mining enclave located on First Chance Creek.  (This didn't happen because the bridge was out). Fly Fishing: Learn to fly fish or simply watch the river flow by. You never know what wildlife you might spot!  (Only one opportunity for this activity) Group Hike: Join a group hike to discover wildflowers and wildlife, perfect for photo opportunities. Outdoor Movies: Watch classic and family-friendly movies on a big screen under the open sky.   Outdoor Movie Night: End the day with an outdoor movie under the stars, complete with cozy blankets, popcorn, candy, and refreshing drinks. This wording came directly from the BB website. Due to the misleading, deceitful description of activities on the website I'm expecting a $2000 refund, which I'm sure they'll ignore since I'm just one person. If I could give a zero stars, I would. I found the group by searching for a conservative women's travel group as I am liberal fatigued as a former New Yorker. I booked a "MidWest Adventure" trip-described as "Quaint small town" visiting three states. We stayed in Galena, billed as hometown of Republican President Ulysses S Grant. Galena, if no one knows, is a LIBERAL town. Just about every storefront had Harris/Walz signs. I could not understand why they would choose this town to bring a conservative women's group!!! Three of the "scheduled" visits were skipped or excuses made as to why we could not do them, or no explanation. Hosts responsible for driving the "guests" aka as customers, had partook in beer at beer tasting, wine tasting directly across the street from beer tasting. Made no sense. A delicious meal was described, and a charcuterie board was offered instead. Two meals were required to be ordered 2 days in advance and served in the to go containers in the "Victorian Bead & Breakfast". The group has given feed back individually to one of the owners to be met with a polite, thank you for your feed back. An ill attempt to give us $250 credit for future travel. Doubles turned out to be a pull out couch, for 50+ group! Everyone feels $500 refund is more appropriate.
