Super impressed with the level of care and customer service at Beaumont Urgent Cares. Unfortunately, I'm accident prone and I have a frequent flier card to the ER. It's nice to skip the ER sometimes! Beaumont has the option to save your place in line through your chart or as a guest. I opted to walk in without saving a place in line. I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist. She was so friendly and walked me through the process of updating my forms. After check in, I sat and waited my turn. This urgent care is clean, has a coffee station, and has a TV to show your place in line. It's HIPPA compliant and only shows your initials. After a brief wait, I was escorted to the back by the medical assistant. She was so friendly and cheerful. No one likes to go to the doctors, at least me, but these ladies made me feel comfortable. The doctor explained what was going on with my injury and next steps. After my check in with the medical assistant, the doctor came in shortly after. She was so sweet! Love the staff at Beaumont! Had an urgent care visit for my 17mo old. As we arrived to the location I booked it online, thinking we would be seen right away since the appointment time was only minutes after our arrival. But it's urgent care, no one should expect to be seen right away! We were told the wait was an hour, it took 45 min before we were told our room was ready (we waited in the car). The nurse saw us immediately then about 30 min later the doctor saw us, he was great! I'm also thankful that my son was seen by a competent physician so quickly! Eye infection was Caught quickly and the eye drops prescribed were picked up an hour later! So thankful for this place. We'll be back! read more

Worst visit ever. I waited for three hours even though I had an appointment. Then was told I could not have cough medicine because they couldn't prescribe it. Why see me at all if they aren't allowed to prescribe medicine? read more

I had an 11:50 appointment and was not seen until almost 2:45. I waited with my 4 year old with an ear infection for an hour and a half in my car and then another hour in the waiting room. It was ridiculous and unacceptable to call yourself an urgent care when no one is seen urgently. I will not be returning. read more

the lady at the front desk was SO rude and not a single compassionate bone in her body. I came in with a VERY sick child, when checking in she continued to carry on her personal conversation and made me wait till she was finished to speak . don't recommend this place. she will ruin your day. read more

After waiting two hours past my apt time they called me backed the PA was unprofessional and when I told her about it the front desk lady yelled "get out " as I was on my way out. I went there for a skin infection and made an appointment online. I was 45 minutes past my appointment (not a big deal, just keep me informed) and a lady walked in with no mask saying she thought he had COVID. They did give her a mask but she sat in the middle of waiting room hacking and looking sick. Why couldn't they have her wait outside?!? Zero concern for infectious disease. read more

I have brought my adult son in twice for evaluations and treatment, both times we received excellent care from the medical staff. Recently, it was for Covid testing, he had many symptoms so, the staff checked him for Influenza as well. We registered online and were seen quickly. What's the point of making a reservation. Walked in was told there was an hour wait and to enter my name to keep my place in line. No biggie I was a walk-in. Came back in an hour and have waited another hour in the wait room.... Multiple people have walked out and no one else gone back.... Beaumont get it together. My experience at this clinic was WONDERFUL I got registered immediately I was assigned a room before I could complete the paperwork. The nurse came right in and took my vitals and hooked me up to the EKG machine, Following my test results including COVID the Dr. explained everything throughly. Avoid this urgent care if you can. I made an 11:50 appointment online to get a Covid test for my son and filled out all the forms required online so I could avoid having to do it all in the office. Got there and was asked to fill out a couple of forms. There's a screen that tells you where you are on the waiting so we were fifth in line. The first three people came and went pretty quickly so we were second in line after about a half hour wait. Almost another hour goes by without anyone being called back. I ask for an estimate on how long it's going to be and am told repeatedly an estimate can't be given. It's 1:15 and my son is getting restless so I start calling around and find another urgent care 15 minutes away with no wait. I ended up leaving and being seen there immediately. When I told the women behind the desk I was leaving because I couldn't wait any longer I was given a "we're sorry" and that's it. I understand wait times are expected but I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment and the time not being even remotely honored. At the very least provide estimates for long you're going to keep us waiting? Anything longer than a 30-45 minute wait is unreasonable. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you have tons of free time to waste. read more

I had to wait three hours to be seen, even with an appointment. I came in to take a PCR Covid test, but the result didn't come out within the 2-hour promised time and I had to give a call to ask. They said they haven't processed the test yet and said they will give me a call back when they find out. They, however, never called me back. If I didn't find out that there's a patient portal login, I wouldn't have received the results for 48+ hours, when they opened again. read more

I have nothing against the ER at this establishment. BUT OH MY GOSH! The receptionist staff at this hospital are very unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and almost IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of! i called to be prescribed again for my birth control, my other doctor doesn't work here anymore so they made a big deal about how I need to come in because THEY don't know if I'm PREGNANT OR NOT!! i KINDLY advised the receptionist that I am not pregnant and she goes "well....we don't know that" and I said...."I think I know if I'm pregnant or not" and they said "well you still need to come in because you could be" WHATTTTTTt?!? mind you, yes, I understand that I need to see a new doctor, but this woman at the desk who answered the phone....was rude, hardly knew what she was talking about, and left me on hold like 4 different times. i asked her if my new doctor was there to send over the prescription to cvs and she said you'll still have to come in and see her but AT FIRST she said that she couldn't talk to the doctor because she was assisting other patients and THEN I asked her if she could please go and talk to the doctor to get this process going. she acted confused and was very unhelpful so I went through planned parenthood to get my pills and it was no hassle. i have been coming here for years when it was Oakwood hospital and now I'm thinking of reconsidering this hospital. It's flu season And all they care about is weather or not you have COVID-19. I went in today so miserable, so sick and all they did was texted me for Covid, I left there with negative Covid results and no help for any of the symptoms I complained of. I then Left & went to CANTON URGENT care because I was so sick I knew Something was not right for them not giving me anything. Canton urgent care tested me for Covid-19 (which was still negative) and for Influenza (Came back positive) so they gave me medicine for the FLU and now I finally feel better! read more

I went there almost a month ago to do a antibody test that I needed for work. I was told it would take 2-3 business days and when I called after the 3 days, I was told it would take 3-6 business days (understandable as it was the holidays). I called back a week later as I still had no results, I was told to give it another day or two and then if I still had no results to call and ask for a manager. Well 4 days later, still no results so I called and asked for a manager. I was told one would call me back and it's been a week and no one ever called me back. So when I called again, they told me they would call the lab and see what the hold up was. Well come to find out the blood never made it to the destination and they have no idea why. While I understand that things like this happen, the communication in this place is absolutely terrible. It's close to me so I usually go there but after this, I'll find another location. read more

Had a 2:40 COVID test appointment. The 3:20 went in before me. Wait time for a five minute test is now approaching 2 hours.

If I could rate a less than zero, I would. Went in for an employee drug screening, handed in my paperwork, and took a seat as directed. Was told I would receive a txt to register. After 15-20 minutes, no txt, went to ask what happened, got the "who are you"? Gave my name again, was asked what I was there for, told her, then she (being Kristy) asked me for my paperwork which I already handed in. She stated, and I quote "I don't have anything". I said yes you do I handed it in when I signed in. Shuffling some papers around Kristy found it. Asked for it back, and was told she would have to call my employer because I was leaving. Who cares! I sat in the parking lot and called my employer myself and asked to be sent anywhere but a Beaumont facility! Couldn't find my paperwork, insisted I didn't hand it in, and if I did give the urine and they lost that? Then what??? Long story short, was told by employer that they will be taking this location off their list to send people to. read more

We went there on a Saturday for a routine blood draw. The staff was friendly and I was seen within 15 minutes. The woman who drew my blood was also professional and friendly, and spoke to my young son when he had questions about the lab equipment. read more

She asked when I came in contact with the person who was Covid positive and I said "yesterday" and she said I cant have the rapid test coz its too soon and I'm like "But..." and she just started yelling "YOU CANNOT HAVE THE RAPID TEST!! And I cannot believe I had to actually raise my voice to explain to her that I am with this person everyday at work! Before she finally seemed to calm down. I received a call and was told they won't see me and I need to go to the ER. I thought I'd try this urgent care center since I have Beaumont providers. Being new to the Canton area I was unsure of a quick reliable place to get checked out while feeling under the weather. Being familiar with the Beaumont system I decided to give this new location a shot, and they did not disappoint. The space itself is very clean and welcoming, with complementary refreshments in the lobby. The staff was warm and inviting and seemed genuinely concerned for my health. The provider that treated me went above and beyond to elucidate an exact diagnosis and gave me several helpful medications that have since healed me.
